Hello, can you please tell the new players from Ukraine can create an account? I have difficulties with this, I think because of my provider (he is from Donetsk region). Yesterday I was able to get to the confirmation of the account without using a VPN, but I did not have the documents at hand, and today I was unable to continue, I wrote that my account is blocked. I would be glad to get an answer.

There are only few parts of Ukraine that are restricted.
For Bingo and Evolution Live Casino, all parts of Ukraine are restricted.
As for all brands, only regions of Sevastopol, Donetsk and Luhansk are restricted.

Can´t play any cash games or tournament.
When I want to register for a tourney or sit at a cash table there pops up a message "There seems to be a technical issue with the regulatory system operating in germany."
I even de- and reinstalled the client, but nothing changed. Any idea what to do??

Hi Support, Norwegian customers are not allowed to withdraw their balance since 2 months now. So 888 right now are unplayable for us.
This is the mail I received 7th June from [email protected] :

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
Please be advised that at the present, we have no withdrawal method for Norway but we are working on a solution.
We will advise you accordingly once we have news.

I have already told them they can send the money to my Revolut bank account, which is a Euro account, accepted by all other casino sites in Europe. But 888 are just not helping me.
It's my money and I would like to withdraw them now, not until you found a solution in many months in time. This is very easy to fix really. Also the telephone support has been closed , the number on the screen is not working.

I contacted the support and got an email that the technical problems are solved and everything should work again. It did so for a short time.
A little later I was kicked out of the client and since then can no longer login. Every time I try there is a message "Something went wrong, please try again later".
I also contacted the support (ref. nr. 230701-000814) but got no answer.

1. Daily Spin is not working:
2. CardsChat Freeroll is not displayed:
I deinstalled and reinstalled 888 Poker software and the problem still remains.
Since I could not attach the screenshots to the contact message I do it here.
Any ideas.

Just got the E-Mail, that all bonus programs have been suspended.

I could convert the tokens to 2 $0.1 Blast tickets. Luckily I did that. Played 3 of them, because one was paid from the roll despite I had the tickets.
I lost the paid and one ticket Blast, the other gave me $0.20 so I am up $0.1.
I hope I find a shop where I can buy a lollipop for that win.

Suddenly and out of the blue got my token´s back. Converted them quickly to 38 different tourney tickets. I have played a lot of cash which I no longer do.
888 has increased the rake, probably with the justification that there is the possibility to get up to 50% RB.
I as a German player get no RB and also all other benefits that are there have also been canceled.
I really wonder why I should still play.
