I have played on 888 for 16 years. I've done a number of transactions over those years (used to WD via Skype until it ceased to be an option in canada ). I haven't withdrawn any money from my 888 account in quite awhile (but have made a couple small deposits to my account). Today I decided to make a Withdrawal and instantly was hit with the 'need to verify account' b.s. This is nothing but a slimey attempt at hanging onto 'MY' money for longer. All things like this actually accomplish is for 888 to lose customers! (same with the insane thing they have for player-to-player transfers, basically suggesting they're available but then completely screwing you over if you choose to accept a transfer... and even if you don't choose to accept one and someone just sends one to you (ie. be careful you don't win a 'free'(?) $11 ticket from a Twitch streamer.,.. or even worse 'cash' prize from a streamer. (you aren't even given the option of refusing it).

888 needs to do something about this soon or I'm afraid they'll lose what little amount of players they have left on the site.

These are government rules when we have to ask for verification from time to time especially when a player is withdrawing. We are duty bound to do these checks or we will get fined etc. Most sites will have to do this at some point as gambling rules are changing for everyone hence it was banned in the US for many years and is in most states.

If player has not deposited in 6 months the WD option is not available for that specific payment method.

Player can always wd via wire.

Ask to make a new deposit to activate the method again.

thanks for your response. I was a bit pissed off when I wrote my comment. I honestly want 888 to do better. I want to feel confident while playing on there.

hasn’t arrived in my account. As far as I know, for visa mastercard cards,
the withdrawal should be completed in no more than 8 days, could you help
solve this problem? I already wrote to the support email, but I never received a decent answer.

Update on my account if anyone is reading.

888 LOCKED my account upon asking for verification.

888 UNLOCKED my account. It took almost a month.

When I went to withdraw via wire-transfer they LOCKED the account again.

Now they are asking for a selfie holding my ID and my bank card that I used to deposit to 888 back and front. ( I never deposited to 888 ran up my roll via the sign up bonus)

To be honest this is a complete joke. They barely respond to customer help and when they do its a automated response chat AI. The live chat refuses to help and the phone numbers listed on the website are not in service. I'm guessing maybe in another two months I will perhaps maybe have a chance to get my 900USD.

That's odd. My withdrawal took about a day or so. I have never had any issues here. Make sure you account is verified and read carefully all the e-mails, maybe something more is required and they are expecting your response. GL

I have the same issue. Virtual cards from iCard does not work. Also tried Revolut but it did not work either.
I see lots of payments method here: https://www.888poker.com/real-money-poker/deposit/payment-methods/ but in cashier only Visa/Mastercard show up. I am from norway. is it possible to use Luxon Pay? Or any other payment methods?
