Good evening.A couple of months ago, I tried to withdraw some money and I was asked to verify my account.I had already done it some years ago and everything was fine.You told me that there was nothing to worry about.So, some days ago I sent an ID photo and the support told me it was ok but they needed a proof of my registered address in the last 6 months.So ,2 days ago, I sent my bank statement of the last months and I thought that my account would be ,again, verified but I was wrong because today the 888 operations team is asking me again my bank statement.This must be a bad joke.Both on Stars and party poker the process was fast and easy but on 888 this is not happening.I reallly hope you can help me because I need to withdraw the money.My user name is vaal028.Thanks in advance.

Because of government laws about money laundering etc. This is just standard and nothing to worry about.

The software is once again a total pain.
Every few moments it closes in the middle of the game and I have to log in again.
Due to German regulations, I have to wait 5 minutes after each timed log-in until I can play again.
This means I watch as I pay the blinds without being able to participate in the game.

Am I the only one this happens to all the time, or do others have the same problem???

Well, i don´t know about other but to me it never happened. I don´t like much the 888 software either but i never had any technical issue that i can remember.

Have you tried disabling your anti-virus program? (I have McAfee and 888 will not load unless I have it disabled... it's the only site I need to do this for)

I'm still having problems entering the 888poker Room. I formatted two computers I had, a laptop and a desktop PC. I download the normal Software, install the program in Spanish and it downloads completely and then I try to open it normally and I also try to Run as Administrator and it never opens.

I don't know what to do anymore. Add all the .exe files where the poker installation is hosted, as an exception to the Firewall.

I don't have antivirus, the PC has just been formatted.

I'm going to try to install it in English to see if that's it. I'm going to uninstall it and delete it completely to reinstall it now in English to see if I can get in...

I'm going for almost two months without playing at 888poker.

Another option would be to play with an Android cell phone, but it is impossible for me because the last one I had broke down and the truth is I have had a lot of expenses to buy a more or less good one.

What would be the minimum requirements to be able to play through the Cell Phone application?

Playing quite some volume at 888. Since 2 days now, no more wheel spinning and no card strike available due to german regulations the soft informed me. Also no more tickets drop.

This was the case before but then suddenly returned. Will it stay like this for good??

Had a look on 2p2, there the 888 rep is a bit more active than here.
There, several German players reported the same problem.

It turns out that 888 exclude winning players from all promos.
Since I am a winning player, there is now nothing at all. Also my gold tokens were set to 0.
Let's be honest, what advantages there were was already very meager.

Now there is just nothing at all. I think for this great move 888 in the future also gladly waives my rake.

They've told me to wait 14 days.

It's been 19 days and their Twitter account doesn't answer my DMs.

888 support refuses to help me, telling me to contact their social media team.

How, if they are ignoring me?

It's a shame how 888 treat their costumers.

I don't think i'm asking too much. They've promised a free ticket and now they're acting they didn't.

Hi, After wanting a break from P Stars, I've started with 888 Poker. I have found it to be very 'laggy' - making it virtually unplayable at times: e.g. I've just been timed out trying to raise with QQ and AA preflop. Stars is fast and smooth but 888 is dreadful today for me. Though this is only my second day, I'm thinking I'm going to have to cash out and leave. I like to multi table cash games (though there isn't that much action at 888). I am in the UK and both my computer (Win 10) and broadband are fast.

I had 2 tables open and was also running a HUD (Poker Copilot) which doesn't BTW seem to work very well with 888. Wasn't playing any other sites.

still nothing but automated responses. its been almost over a month now. with 688usd locked because my account is closed. please anything just tell mme what i need to do. live chat says they cannot tell me what to do but just wait. but the emails from 888 are literally just automated responses generated by the phrases i respond with via email.
