This was a bit disheartening to see today. 
I feel that 888 really needs to take a good look at some of their policies...
ie.
- the Player-to-Player cash transfer that for some reason turns into a 'bonus' that can't be cleared unless you go busto first.
- the run-a-round on cashouts... forcing multiple account verifications, etc.
These are the things that keep the site from flourishing (imo). Players want to feel their funds are safe and they'll receive their cashouts without delays & extra hurdles. I've always liked the site and for years I've told friends to play on 888 (since 2008) but these days I'm not as confident.

This is all to do with new governments rules on regulations to stop money laundering etc and if we don't do these checks we may get fined etc.This was a bit disheartening to see today.

The last few days I’ve noticed that on the IOS App, the $450 Freebie Freeroll, The Fabulous Winner Spinner and Sportsfan freerolls haven’t been showing up on the tournament list. I can still access the Winner Spinner and Sportsfan lobbies through the ticket menu but I have to log into Windows PC to register for the Freebie.

You only know how bad a support is when you needed it and 888poker support is the worst. I received an email from 888 about a promotion called ultimate cashback omaha edition on december 10 and the promotion was until december 16. I've played a lot cash game tables on december 15 and a little on 16 only because of the promo and never received any spin. I contacted the support through email that they don't answer. So today I contacted the chat and the agent was acting all the time like I was lying that I received the email about the promotion even I sending the copy of the email I received. When I sent the print screen of the email, he closed the chat...lol. I send multiple emails with the print screen of the email the 888poker send to me and of course it's probably going to take days until they answer. Now I know to never believe in any promo that 888poker send me to my email.

You posted here on december 10th about the promotion cashback omaha edition that should last until december 16th and I've received the email of the promotion too, but 888poker didn't gave me any spin even though I've played many hours of omaha cash game tables on december 15th and didn't received any spin to receive my cashback.

Site crashed on me a few times over the past couple days. Was very disheartening as that tables are EXTREMELY soft right now during Christmas holidays, so I moved up to a higher buyin level then I typically play at. The first crash came in a 300bb pot, another when I turned nut flush IP and villain was a huge splashy donk.
Another thing that happened for me today... I lost my player notes when the site crashed. When I re-opened the site, NONE of the players in the SNAP pool had notes on them & prior to that, I had notes on MANY of them. (one particular player who I immediately recognized, because I've been playing vs. this guy for 5years that I know of, didn't even have a note on him, lol... sigh.
I'll be giving it another shot tomorrow... but with fingers crossed. And well I'd like to win back the 5 buyins I'm down now
Some of the US facing sites are super soft right now too... so at least it won't be a total loss for me if it continues to happen to me tomorrow. Definitely won't be playing MTTs on there though
Is something going to be done to improve the software? It just seems so archaic compared to all of the other sites except for WPT (but it is dreadful).
Even while watching some of the 888 streamers, I have watched the site crash while they are playing (even during that Blast HU challenge thing they do). But of course they attempt to quickly cover it up, never daring to express how they feel about the software. Amazing what a bit of money will do to a person.

Some times you wonder if poker I rigged, I don’t think so.
But is the spinning wheel in 888, rigged - yes it is.
For 3 years, I have been spinning the wheel.
More than 800 times, and the wheel stops a the same free roll ticket.
Every time, without ever hitting something else.
Not a single time in 3 years.
Sometimes from my ipad, sometimes from my laptop, sometimes 2 times a day.
Why do I keep spinning the wheel, I say just for the Hell of it.
Will I ever hit something else than a free roll ticket - I don’t think so.

I would not call it rigged, it's just a pretty much worthless promotion. They do not reveal the probabilities but it must be >99% for the freeroll ticket.
I've stopped spinning it but to be fair, I won some 10c blast tickets previously and also $1 once but that's it.
