Basically this means that some of your blackjack games are not triggering the rule id. I don't know what to tell you. I have screenshots of my wins that I sent to support twice now. Low stakes blackjack. Most efficient way to win with a Jack and I did so more than 5 times.

I am very upset by the attitude of 888poker towards its players. U have to play with ur deposit first. U cant Just deposit and then withdraw because of money laundering laws.
