Hi @888Rep , I'm trying to validate my address but it keeps being rejected by 888. I'm using my electric bill, it clearly shows my name, address and date issued (02/24/2025) however it gets pushed back everytime. I tryied support through reddit but seems like I'm talking to a robot.

The issue might be bc I've moved from my old address, but they never mentioned a discrepancy and neither how can I update my address with 888.

Is it something you can help me with? Thanks a bunch Buddy!!!

In the last message to my email [email protected] , they wrote that the documents had been submitted to the finance department and the money would be credited to Luxor or bank account within 7 days, 2 weeks have passed - there is no money.I ask for your assistance, thank you.

Hello, I am posting this to ask for help from anyone that can help me get in touch with someone from 888. I have been playing on 888 for many years now, have reached level 156 and have made several withdrawals over the years BUT last month my withdraw request did not go through for some reason. I was told to email [email protected] which I did 3 weeks ago and again 2 weeks ago but did not receive a response either time. I then tried to use their online live chat to get help a couple of times last week but after waiting for around 30 minutes, I could only kept getting the following blue circle.

Hi everyone, after the last update of the poker client, it simply stopped running. It requires a driver that my integrated graphics processor does not support. And I saw that the traffic in 888 Poker immediately decreased after this update, I'm sure that it is because of the same problem. I don't understand at all why such updates are needed, to reduce the traffic of the poker room or what? Now to play on 888 Poker, everyone like me needs to buy a new computer, or will this problem be solved?

Unfortunately there are many like us, I am still trying to get my withdrawal from 3 months ago, the only other thing I could recommend is try posting on their Reddit, it hasn't helped me yet but others have said it worked. Best of luck!
