Hi @888Rep , I'm trying to validate my address but it keeps being rejected by 888. I'm using my electric bill, it clearly shows my name, address and date issued (02/24/2025) however it gets pushed back everytime. I tryied support through reddit but seems like I'm talking to a robot.
The issue might be bc I've moved from my old address, but they never mentioned a discrepancy and neither how can I update my address with 888.
Is it something you can help me with? Thanks a bunch Buddy!!!

Hi! I have been chatting with the 888poker team regarding the transfer of my earnings since February 14. In the last message to my email [email protected] , they wrote that the documents had been submitted to the finance department and the money would be credited to Luxor or bank account within 7 days, 2 weeks have passed - there is no money.I ask for your assistance, thank you.

Hi everyone, after the last update of the poker client, it simply stopped running. It requires a driver that my integrated graphics processor does not support. And I saw that the traffic in 888 Poker immediately decreased after this update, I'm sure that it is because of the same problem. I don't understand at all why such updates are needed, to reduce the traffic of the poker room or what? Now to play on 888 Poker, everyone like me needs to buy a new computer, or will this problem be solved?
Unfortunately there are many like us, I am still trying to get my withdrawal from 3 months ago, the only other thing I could recommend is try posting on their Reddit, it hasn't helped me yet but others have said it worked. Best of luck!Aria2019 said:
