Official 888 Poker Support Thread

Hi 888. I have perhaps 2 years playing on your platform. I have several things to express, Almost all of them are good things. But this time unfortunately it is not so good.
The problem was when I won a $25 ticket, it display that I could use on next 11 or 13 days I don't remember. I can't play immediately the ticket because after spending more than 8 hrs to win, I needed to rest. So. My thoughts were, -ok, no problem, I have 11 days left. Well the days went by and no other days were opened to play that ticket. 11 days without a single opportunity to play the ticket that it cost me a lot. 🫨 I just thought. Well, in some time for sure there will be a tourney before end of the days. But it was not the case. The days ended and my ticket just disappear. So. I don’t even know if this thread makes any sense.

Hi 888 poker support - Ive been having issues regarding rakeback and have had an ongoing complaint unanswered in over 6 months . Can you please see what you can do to help me here ? account : noodeloo complant/escalation ref dated august 2024 : 240819-001399. ive been told multiple time by agents that the matter is being resolved but they still wont answer my questions. Why are the promotions seemingly broken for me - the auto generate system doesnt seem to apply to my account unless i play HIGH stakes with buy ins of over $55. The early bird promotion gets applied randomly to my account and other offers like play blasts and get rakeback dont seem to be paid to me despite requesting it in chat with agents and trying to complain about it. I dont understand why there isnt anywhere i can email so i can have an email chain of communication because everything in chat seems to get forgotten about and dusted under the carpet- i keep going in endless circles with it. Thankyou for looking into it .

Please dont give me the stock answers they do (customer service agents) saying if you didnt receive an email you are not elligible becuase it doesnt explain why i havent got one ?WHY - why do 888 make it so difficuilt to get the rakeback they advertise? Thats what id like to know. thanks again

my account's been disabled randomly, seemingly to prevent me from withdrawing my money or something... It says it is temporary and that an email has been sent to me... in order to be able to withdraw money and have an available method of withdrawing money, you first need to make a deposit. the minimum amount is 5 dollars. then you will have the method of withdrawing money with which you made a deposit

I find the withdrawal options on 888Poker very complicated! put many conditions especially when withdrawing large amounts!!!
