Hello. I won a $109 ticket in the level 40 freeroll for tomorrow's Mystery Bounty tournament. However, I will have some difficulty playing on that day. If I unregister, will I get a ticket to play next Sunday or will the ticket be lost if I unregister?

On what basis do you appropriate the money of many players from Belarus, after the ban on playing on your room, you have a formal reply that the withdrawal method is not possible, this is outrageous, scammers, if they made a deposit using this method, then the withdrawal should work.

Hi 888rep. My withdrawal to my neteller account from 888poker never went through.


I got an email that said


We'd like to let you know that your withdrawal was returned to us. We'll try again using the same method. If you need any help, contact us via live chat for a quicker solution.


Normally when I request a withdrawal by neteller and cashout has been processed, I would just receive the email that says your cash out has been processed and funds are in your neteller account.


Well, the funds never showed up to my neteller account. I then googled and it seems like some other people have the same issue? I had used Skrill previously a while back before as my deposit and withdraw method but then used neteller ever since. From what I'm reading online such as on Reddit, it seems like 888poker no longer allows cashouts to neteller then but does allow Skrill? It does still show neteller and Skrill in my deposit and withdraw options so why didn't my neteller cashout go through? The withdrawal amount was never credited back to my 888poker account.

Won a 3.30 Ticket in a Facebook latam giveway but they did not credit me the ticket and ignored me now multiple times. Ticket should have been in my account by the 5th of July. I sent them the support id via private message and also posted my Nick.

I've always followed all the rules, but a few days ago, the deposit and withdrawal methods simply disappeared from my account!

In an attempt to resolve the issue, I made another deposit so my account could be identified for withdrawals.

But that didn't work, and my money remains blocked without a solution!

I need my money sent to my PIX account.

Please help me.

It is a sports book issue, specifically, I wagered on April 25th that the Abottsford Canucks were old win the Calder Cup which they did on June 23rd. My bet still shows open. Just trying to figure out what the delay to pay is all about.

I'm trying to update my phone number and address for more than a month, the form to update is using an old format for my country Brazil that for a while requires one extra 9 digit before the number and after the regional identifier, if I type my number without the 9 the SMS for verification is never sent, if I type with the extra 9 the site gives me an error that I'm typing the wrong format. I'm also trying to update my address and the last two times in the live chat was a total waste of time, I literary spent 3 hours today, they keep changing the attendant, asking for documents, selfies only to say that it failed verification and they don't give me a reason why, even thought I've sent everything they have asked, now they're asking me to deposit money and I'm afraid to do so only to get trapped there and I can't withdraw anymore. I starting to believe this site is a total scam and they're trying to prevent me from withdrawing money from there, and I've seen other people with the same problem.

You just post your issue and add your poker user name.
If you do not add your poker user name to all emails, posts etc your issues will never get resolved.
