hi i had 2 tickets in my account for the 1k canada freerolls i also hit a 1k ticket on my one free spin yesterday .i have used 1 ticket last night but i only see 1 ticket left .sigh . just wondering what happened to the extra ticket from the spin? ROGUE63@888

I have a new glitch goin' on for me on 888 which is a real drag & making it so I don't want to add games from the site.
Unless I stretch/re-size a table out to a very large size, my holecards are getting half-covered by my avatar-thingy

This pic. is what it looks like 'before' folding my hand!

Today I had to slide the table over to it's own screen so that I could continue playing all the other games I was in at the same time (on other sites).

Also, this isn't when I have the tables very small either (at maybe 6 tables per 24" screen & it keeps my cards partially covered just like this).

Hope you can help me.
I am able to log in and play but the first screen that comes up is blank and when I go to the cashier screen it is blank and when I go to the tournament tickets section it is blank. Here is a screen shot of what I get.

Do you or anyone have any idea how to fix this?

We have found a fix for this issue.
Go to Start, type Internet options in the search
Start - Internet Options - Connections tab - LAN Settings - Untick Automatically detect settings then Apply - Ok

Go to SETTINGS then TABLE LAYOUT then tick FULL CARD VIEW then APPLY and SAVE AND CLOSE and this should solve your issue.

It takes up to 72 hours for the free spin tickets to be issued so you can still expect it to show uo sometime over the next couple of days.

This is only on your computer and not on the poker client.
Start on your computer.

I just tried taking it off, then re-applying BUT it's still doing this

I made a deposit on the weekend with the code WILDSALE
Assuming now I have a $15 bonus to clear but WHERE IS IT? (where do I find it on the client & how can I tell how much of it I've cleared? And how long do I have to clear it?).
I'm assuming it is 3.5 pts. for each $1 & 1month to clear it. Is this correct?


I don't know if it is just me or what... but I find 888 site to be really strange to navigate (ie. find info. re: promos, etc.). And I find some of the 'help' features more useless & frustrating then helpful.

Still HATING the way my cards are 3/4 covered on the tables. Who would EVER want their cards displayed like that? (what purpose would it serve?)
Now if I have say '4' tables running (all at same size) maybe 1 of them will actually show 'full' cards. I can't reasonably add these games to my screen while playing at the same time on other sites because it's too difficult to see the cards! How can I fix this? (I don't want to uninstall & re-install the software as I have a fair number of player notes)

If you un/re-install, just copy over the notes. They are in Documents->888poker

I see what the problem is, you need to go into Settings then Table Layout and change the design of the cards you are using because it looks like your using the lower pack and you need to change it to one of the higher ones and you will see more of your cards.
Try choosing different cards and see how you go.

You can see if your graphics card needs the driver updated as that was also mentioned as a reason for this happening.
