I have been in contact with the support team. The reason for that is that I got disconnected in 4th place, and in the money. When I got back in the tourney, i had so little chips I ended up min-cashing with only 4-5 BBs left. The only response I got was that the issues with the server has been resolved. Is this acceptable customer service? If so I will never play on 888 again...

My spinny wheel seems to be broken. I have had 6 free spins in a row that have come up empty. Is there a record that I can try for?

I play regularly on 888 and find it very fast and responsive. There was a network issue around 10:10 am local time today and afterwards, when my tournament resumed, I found that when I clicked the "lobby icon" to find out everyone's chip count, I kept getting a message about a "bad beat" and to check my internet connection. I was still playing two games on 888 when this message occurred. Can you please explain why?

There is a lot to 888 that I am unaware of..for example..what are the requirements to be inducted as an elite member?....and is there an area within my account that I may track my wheel spins?

No you can't check wheel spins.
Elite player is invitation only.
We have been having disconnection issues yesterday and today so those messages were only a glithch and should not happen again.

One more quick question, during today's network issues around 10:15 EST local time, I managed to win a $33 Big Fish ticket in the satellite. Prior Big Fish tickets that had been won seemed to have been awarded promptly but this one has not been awarded yet..it's about 4 pm now. Is this due to the above issues or is there normally a 72 hour wait time?

Well i'm not russian but it seems that i've the same problem if i'm trying to use 888 android App so instead of waiting forever until the game starts i'm rather going to use web version of it ...

The problem is that I can not use the web version either. without the use of VPN applications. was blocked once for these applications. only recently was able to unlock, how it turned out the opportunity to send all the documents.there is no more risk.

Definitely problems again today. Over the last hour I've managed to actually log in to 888 twice out of many attempts, but got disconnected both times within 2 minutes.
I know it's not my connection, everything else is working fine, including oter poker sites.
