Ultimate cashback ( 888poker )

I m tring to claim ultimate cashback spin , but it dont work .
When i open the lobby and i click on the ultimate cashback spin window, it only redirects me to the promotion page , can t find the spin ?
How can i claim the ultimate cashback spin ? ( as it will expire after 24hrs !! )
 
Please allow crypto deposits and withdrawals . with that you will get way too many new players

Please note that these rewards can be credited within 72 hours.

Claim

In addition, in order to receive the cashback granted under the Promotion, you must: (i) log into your account with the Site; (ii) enter the 888poker lobby within 1 day of playing/betting and you must you must click on the relevant pop up which appears in the 888poker lobby on the Website during the Promotion Period in order to receive the cashback. If you do not click pop up with such time frame, your right to receive the cashback shall automatically expire.


Then why they are saying enter lobby within 1 day after playing ... and you are telling me allow 72 hrs , if so it will be expired i guess !!!?

Of course it has.
The only good thing about 888 now is the selection of tournaments. At least they can't take that away from us.
 
My id is fluoretten. This morning I played jackpot freerolls , and made a 47 cents cash. It was not added to my balance and on top another little money was missing. please fix this thanks

they answer at all.

Daily Space Missions:
The Tournament Voyager:
Play poker tournaments - including BLAST - with buy-ins totalling $3.
Rebuys do not count towards the challenge.

I have question. If I play 3 tournaments with buy-in $0.5 and one with bui-in $1.5 ( 3*0.5 + 1.5 =3$), have I completed daily mission?

Or I play in satellite and win $5.5 tournament ticket and then play that tournament, have I completed daily mission?

I would probably say that you can't use a ticket but the rest of the games totalling over $3 should be fine.
Support can take up to 72 hours to reply to your issues.

If ticket was granted to me for deposit or something else, I’ll agree with you, but that ticket I won, spent money and won🙂. And how to know for sure, that doesn’t matter, ticket was granted or won, it is not considered for galaxy freerolls daily mission?

Ok the simple truth is that I don't know for sure but as they were not accepting rebuys to count I was guessing that they also would not accept tickets but I w3ould advise you to mail [email protected] and they will update you.

We’re simplifying the terms that apply to bonuses.

The following changes will come into effect on 25/05/2020:
  • The next wager you make will use your Cash Balance first, before using your Bonus Funds.
  • Only wagers made using your Bonus Funds will contribute to the applicable Bonus Wagering Requirement. However, in the case of pending bonuses, only Cash Funds will contribute towards meeting the Wagering Requirement.
Please note that these changes will also apply to any active Bonus Funds in your bankroll received prior to 25/05/2020.
  • Any remaining Bonus(es) & vouchers, such as: Free Play, Free Spins, Tournament Tickets, Free Bets etc. may be forfeited upon a withdrawal request, as indicated in “My Account”.

Honestly i think i dont get it, but if i think corecttly that means i have to lose all my cash balance so that i can use my bonus balance to wager it.
Correct?

And witch bonuses are pending ones?

Yep. Total waste of time. I will never put anymore money into 888

The rake is horrendous on the micro stakes as well compared to pokerstars
