Again about Galaxy of freerolls.
Today I place bit $5 in Sport bet and immediately receive tickets, this is good.
But yesterday, the day before yesterday, the day before that I have played tournaments with buy-ins totally $3 or more ( 3*$0.5 + $1.5=$3 or 2*$0.5 + $2.2=$.3.2) and no tickets. What is wrong?
I think that when 1 buy-in is more than $3, the program automatically sent tickets, if buy-ins are less than $3 but totally are more $3, they have to calculate manually and send tickets. Is this correct?
And what to do?

When I send mail to other room’s support, they answers within hours, but their Rep in this forum not answers at all. In 888poker case all the way around - support answer after some days and give formal answer, but you ( 888 Rep ) answer fast and promptly. Thank you for that.

Hi, such a shoutout, I have an account in my name, I created it in 2019, made a deposit, played without any bonuses. I saw that they give a bonus of $ 88 for registration and offered to play sistra, she went through registration and submitted all the documents well, they showed her the bonus. Denied a bonus, reason 2 account, she submitted documents all accepted. 2 reason - 1 bonus per family - we gave the answer that we have no bonuses. They checked once more and said - for sure, you can get a bonus expect those. They will refuse her and now the reason is that it’s not a problem to do registers on the same IP, you can play on one and registers not on one wai-fi, how is it? This process lasted a month, in the end she deleted the account because they were looking for any reason not to give a bonus. Although the registration of the first account was 2019, I did it, and my sister made the registration 4 months of this year and applied for a bonus, everything was done correctly!

I earned my Super Saturn Freeroll ticket weeks ago.
Today when I clicked on that ticket to check the start time, a bunch of Day 1 tickets were listed.
It made me think that I had to qualify for day 2.. so I registered in a Day 1 tournament :/
Now when I go in my tickets, I have NO tickets for the tournament.
I want my ticket back. I'm still in the day 2 game.
What is going on here?
I have emailed support, but there's no way they are going to fix this issue for me in time..

This is what they sent me, even though I told them that I had already earned the ticket by doing 14 missions, and what happened with the ticket :s It's like they don't even read past the subject line of your emails 😕😕😕😕😕😕😕
