I would like to participate in "up to 50% extra rakeback" promotion but I never received an opt in email. Meanwhile I received several other emails from 888 and there is nothing in spam folder. Does it take time to receive opt in email? Or there are some other requirements? Because I check T&C but could not find anything specific preventing me from participating in promotion.

Well I haven't had much of a chance (as far as MTT's goes) and really only play around a bit at 5 & 10nl cash tables when there's actually enough players on them to be bothered with.
It must be 18mos. now & I still haven't cleared the ~$100. (didn't even know I had to for the first 12mos. until I heard about it on the forum here). Not only that, I have no way of even seeing how many player pts. I would need to clear any remaining bonus? (the bonus NEVER seems to decrease in size... even if I put in a few thousand hands... it stays the same).
What is the deal with this???

Hence my question in the previous post. Garbage tactics like this will drive away customers faster than pretty much anything I can think of.
Years ago I used to recommend to people to give 888Poker a try, especially if they're playing micro stakes poker. That's not the case now. Today I recommend them to nobody.

What are the goals of 888 as far as online poker goes? Is it just to attempt to get all customers donating their dollars on the goofy BLAST games? Is this what they are hoping to cater to?

16 mos. has passed and 888 has still not changed their policy(<?) on this.

This is driving customers away from playing on 888. I assume the goal was to force players to play more??

I believe that if 888 changed this policy regarding player-to-player transfers, there would be an immediate increase in player traffic. It really makes you wonder 'who would make this decision for the site'? (it was a TERRIBLE idea)

I played the CardsChat Freeroll today for about 6 hours and the client crashed two times.
The computer is little bit older but I think that should not happen that often...

There's also a relative long delay after final action till the winner is presented...
Maybe 3 to 5 seconds. Is it to allow the looser to select cards to show, or to increase the tension?

From few hours ago I cant log in into my account. It says due to local regulations it can not be opened from this location. I play in Thailand.
Anyone else have the same problem playing from Thailand? 888 rep. do you have any info about this issue?
Another issues is with 888 support that doesnt reply to my emails. Have been waiting since 25. 12 for their reply.

Did you have a lot of other Apps playing at the same time as this certainly would affect an older device.

I believe it was done as a tool to try and stop money laundering issues due to governments pressures.

I play a lot of cash games and in the past I´ve got some tickets dropping from time to time. But since two month now absolutely nothing.
Has anyone had the same experience?

not really. but PS is not much better. I would prefer you put more effort in stability and small memory/cpu usage...

Recently we carried out repeated verification, sent a photo of my passport and a housing and communal services receipt, and received a letter saying that verification had not been completed. nickname Fosterio. Apparently I'll have to change poker room
P.S. There is no technical support (a bot that simply sends questions via links is not technical support)
 
A new story with 888 poker, I don't understand why my account is temporarily deactivated?

And why doesn't support send any explanation emails? and when I send an email to customer support why does no one respond?

Excuse me, I'm not addressing you personally but when I send my message I address it to 888.

Really no respect from 888 towards its customers, and I admit that it is the worst customer service on the entire market.

Every year the same story repeats itself.

They promised that they would launch tournaments in the browser version of 888 poker in December, but they haven’t.

Seems to work fine for me.

Try manually updating your software. Worked for me (and others) before with a similar issue.

What games were the AI/Bots playing in?
Do we get a list of player names?
