Yes I am not sure what hand it was because I did not see the problem, but when he mentioned it we all started talking. I did talk about talking to you here to help though.

Some of you might have experienced frozen tables since last night. Our Tech Team was able to fix the frozen tables, but for some that didn't recover, the tournaments were canceled and entry fees were refunded. So sorry for the inconvenience. 🙁

I limp first to act. Somehow after the BB checks I am confronted with a "Fold" button. But there is no bet to fold to. So I let the clock run out and I am "sitting out" so I click to "sit in". And I am live on the flop.
But I can only see the first card on the flop "8spade".
I win the hand by betting with the best hand but I couldn't see the board.
I have an image and will post it if you need it.
Questions are.....what the....and how the....!!??
Anything I can do to avoid this in the future?

Because Holynski still has his SB in front of him (that he surrendered) and yet there is a flop?
And I thought mistakes like this could only be made in live poker....😢🤣😛
