Hi @Poker_Mike,

Thanks for the additional notes and for sending the screenshot. I watched the hand replay, and of course, the cards are being shown just as normal. This was reported to our Tech Team, and additional information was provided by @billibooo in the past - I'm glad you both were able to capture screenshots as there's no way to prove that cards were missing while you're playing. I'm wondering if other players saw missing cards or if it's just you who had a visual glitch?

In your screen capture, it shows you're using Microsoft Edge. I know we all have our preferred browser, but have you noticed this happen when using a different browser?
 
<3 Heeeyyyy <3 Yes this happened to me!! If anyone has this happen to them,they should do what you did with the screenshot, because the replay of the hand, does not show the glitch ANDD we need to verify if anyone else saw it.
I talked to my table after the fact, and they did not remember seeing that. So it looked to be a glitch with my browser/or one of the things I did >> HERE
I have not had the issue since I did them a couple weeks ago. I am hoping it holds.

Sometimes I play on wifi still, and I have had the very quick deal while playing. You know the one where you do not see the end of the hand? Sorry, I suck at writing words 😛 I hope this makes sense @Poker_Mike So that could be being on wifi <3 not plugged right into the modem.

replay is having extra issues the last 3 days . i often cant get from homepage lobby to the 'leagues' section . today during a cards chat daily event i got moved to a new table and it didnt appear .when i realized that i had to go find the tourney lobby , search for my screen name and then open the table . soon after the whole site crashed and i couldnt reopen it .
 
Froze in middle of hand in daily tournament! Had set of aces and could not get back on table! Hour ago and still can’t get to league table!

The same thing happened to me with a set of aces too!😢
 
Same here. The software was acting very weird, for example, many times when it was my turn to act, I couldn't see my cards 😉🤣, and some other times, it was no flop at all 😢🤣. The daily tournament table ended up disappearing altogether. When we got to the FT of the league game, it just kept loading, and I couldn't join the game. I had to turn my PC off and on again, luckily, I found myself still alive with half my stack and 7 players left. Ended up winning, miraculously I have to say.

It isn't as hard when all the players are sitting out, huh.
I froze like everyone else with a large stack and couldn't get back after trying everything five times.
the freaking lobby games were working fine but not the private games.

I never had "all the players sitting out" and at the FT, I couldn't play for about 30 minutes, when I got back, only one player was sitting out.

Good job, I figured no one else could get in I tried for over an hour and then tried again
a while later, but it would not open the league forums, period.

Yeah it was really weird. We had 3 sitters on my table, then when we reached the FT, it just kept loading. I waited and waited and had to close everything up, restarted my PC, then everything went back to normal except my stack that had been reduced my half. Found 7 players left, only one sitting.

@ReplayKristine , why is there no warning noise on mobile when it's my turn to act? Its very uncomfortable to play without and I always timeout like that as I do other things on the side.

Actually there is a warning noise but only if Im out of the browser and it's my turn but it's also needed when Im in the browser.

On PC it is exactly how it should be. When it's my turn I hear a beep.

Check your mobile browser settings. For PC you have to enable sound in the browser-you probably need to do the same on your mobile device.

I have sound but there is no warning beep when it's my turn. I have to always stare the screen if I dont want to miss hands.

On the other hand if I do something else on my phone and it's my turn-suddenly the warning noise comes up.

Thanks for the reports. I can confirm that we had a technical issue specifically frozen tables on June 2nd at about 6pm US Eastern Time (this lasted for about 5 hours) - this has been resolved and affected tournaments got automatically refunded with the buy-in entry fee.

We encountered another issue starting yesterday afternoon June 9th, about some players being unable to access the site. Our Tech Team is working on this, and if you're still unable to access the site, please clear your browser's cache, and login using the Dashboard URL: https://www.casino.org/replaypoker/dashboard

If your daily login streak resets to 1 day because you're unable to login yesterday, please write a message to [email protected] so we can restore your daily login streak. Once your login streak records at 2 days, we won't be able to restore it from your previous daily record. So sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience.

sorry , im not very tech savvy . how do you 'clear your browsers cache '? tried , not sure if it worked .

i cleared the cookies and tried the suggested URL , which didnt work . But i was able to login the normal way and enter the daily game with 1 minute of late registration to spare !
 
Disappointed to see that my feedback with the missing warning alert on mobile got ignored.

When I give these kinds of feedbacks my idea is also to provide something to make the site better overall. It's not purely because I have an issue. Missing sound alert when it's turn to act is a HUGE issue. Basically a key feature that is missing.

It's not just lagging....my table is completely frozen.

I could not bet - it just timed me out and then folded me.

I'm going off to do other things instead of staring at my screen and begging it to "unfreeze" lol

Somebody else will win today 🙁
 
Hi Everyone,

We just received reports that tables are frozen and our Tech Team confirmed that this is a site-wide outage related to Google Pubsub. The issue started a few minutes ago at about 2:02pm EDT. Since we’re unable to determine when Google Pubsub will be back up, we will be cancelling all stuck tournaments and refunding buy-in entry fees.

We are sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience.
