Cheers Dylan. I'm using the Beta features of Easy seat for 24 tabling (when there's 24 tables available that is) the problem I'm having is that when I decline a table it may open 5 or 6 times again immediately after declining it. When this happens the buy-in dialogue pops up covering the screen so I have to move it to see if I want to play that table. When I have 16+ other tables open this becomes a proper nuisance. What I would like to see would be a 5 minute or so delay before the table's re-offered to stop this. For example. If 6 tables open automatically and I decline 4 of them and they keep popping up it's virtually impossible to keep playing. I know this is a bit petty but the problems it causes me are so frustrating

That does sound like a nuisance; I've passed this one on for consideration.

Put built in hud! Dunno why some other rooms are in front of you on this... shame,shame.... also more updates to mobile clients.... latest is ok,but it need more customisations....i love ps7,look stylish

Glad you like the look of PS7. I don't think a built-in HUD is going to be implemented anytime soon, but I will pass on the feedback.

Dylan, i'm experiencing so much trouble with my MTTs

For starters sometimes i'm going to late register some tourney and when i click register the table DOESN'T open! i need to open the lobby and click in take my seat, and sometimes even this takes a lot of time!

and when im in a tournament, sometimes when they move me to another table the table just stays there and the new one doesnt pop up!

i lost a lot of money because of this... i multitable and a few times i notice theres some table missing,... then i go see and this problem happened and i need to click on take my seat, but till them i might have lost almost all my chips

Sounds frustrating. My recommendation is to contact [email protected] (you can copy/paste what you wrote here) as I think our technical support staff will want to see your log files to see what's going on and whether it's potentially a problem related to your set-up or if the issue is entirely ours. They'll provide you details of how to provide those aforementioned log files. I've also passed this on to the MTT team for them to look at in case it's a wide-spread problem.

Does anyone know if it's possible to change the colours of the four colour deck in pokerstars? The reason I'm asking this is that the blue of Diamonds ad the black of Clubs often look the same to me and can lead to confusion.

In PS7, if you go to the Settings -> Themes (on the right-hand side of the client), you can tick the Global Settings 4 Color Deck checkbox and adjust the visualization of the Front Deck which may help distinguish diamonds from clubs. You can also customize the deck colors. Let me know if this resolves your issues with distinguishing diamonds and clubs. It should help!

Hi Dylan,

I have been getting forced shutdowns recently, I have never had a problem with Stars in the past, it has only been happening for about 1 month now. It is very annoying during a game to have to restart the program and miss out on hands, even worse is when you have a good hand and it happens after you make a substantial bet then when you restart the software you see a loss of chips and not know wether your hand held would have held up or not.

Do you know of anything that may be causing this?

Same advice as for "stevenright": for an issue like this the best option is to contact Support describing these shutdowns. They'll be able to address the problem with more expertise than myself.

The detailed schedule isn't publicly available yet, but I can confirm that the next MicroMillions is currently scheduled to get underway starting November 6th. Hope that helps with your planning.

Why is the client updating so often lately? I thought the new application will not be an upgrade but a separate program (correct?) so I don't see the purpose.

With those milestone hands , you always give away so much money, but why is it always money? Can't you also give tickets once in a while on a milestone table for lets says a special 1 million tournament.

Money isn't the issue there.

I did briefly try the pokerstars 7 client but reverted back. My reasons for doing so were that my coloured notes all seemed to have gone. I'm guessing that the pokerstars 7 notes is in a different location. Once I've looked into this I'll give P7 another go, but as it takes about ..erm... too many hours for Notecaddy to update all my colours this isn't going to very soon. I played spin & go on the pokerstars.fr client so I know how the counter with the prize worked in the spin& go.

I just start my 1st one yesterday on PS.EU (AND LAST ONE 4 SURE) and the counter fckin stops at $1200 for
5 seconds really looked like it was a 1200 prize I am shocked at that moment , adrenaline kicks in for 5 seconds to see it , moves to the $2.

Really have only rant in chat (you can check last chatlog game player spin & go , pokbrainless is nickname) That I am not making this up.

Somehow happy I didn't win it, but this kind of bug really is the most annoying one someone can witness I believe!

tbh I still feeling a bit angry you did this to me, seemingly make me happy for 5 seconds that I can play a 3 handed SNG for $1200 to witness 5 seconds later its all a fairy tale! Tought unreal things happened to me with dealing cards on PS. but this is really beyond any real thing!

I'm thinking it could be your computer lagging. Maybe for some reason your screen froze on the $1200 while in reality the counter was still spinning. When the lag went away, it showed the final result.

I went going in rant mode in chat immediately after the game started and both didnt react , so it must have been only on my puter.

I really start to believe ps likes to punish me for some reason.

There often appears to be a Lag not just on Stars but other sites as well, before a brutal river card finally gets revealed,
(almost as if they are taking the extra time to work out what magic card is needed for the bad beat), (and to maximize the annoyance and frustration at the result).
Sometimes it has been discussed in chat, and has been seen by everyone at the table.
Perhaps there are Lags at other times, but they go unnoticed, because of the lack of relevance.

When we mark a player with a color, it gets saved on our physical hard drive. So when we play from another computer our color marks are not there.

It would be better I think if you would save our marks and notes on your servers with our accounts. That way our marks would not be computer dependant.

I have won 20 and 40 euros a few times on Titan and I have won more than the minimum on Stars a few times.

But the majority of the time it is the minimum prize.

I know it was only on my puter (altough I have an Intel I7 , 8GB ram so it rarely ever lags and at the time nothing else was lagging as far as I remember but was of course focused on the 1200 prize for 5 seconds) , but what would be the chance to have exactly the 1200 prize stopped at my screen (thinking it will come by the least of all prizes)

Sorry to hear this happened and I understand why you'd be frustrated. I've passed your complaint on to our Spin & Go people in case it's something that can be prevented from our end. It could just be an inevitable side-effect of personal internet connections and lag, but they'll take a look.

Not sure if someone asked this already:
If playing a satelite tournament and you win the ticket it automaticly registers you for the target tournament. I understand this if there only one tournament of this kind. But it isn't nice to 'drop/ditch' a satty winner into a tournament which is already running for over an hour and leave me there with 12 big blinds. I understand that you do this so people don't cash out their ticket but it isn't hard to turn this into a ticket instead of cash right? It is frustrating to win a satelite and get in to the main tournament shortstacked. Also if you play a satty for 4 hours you might want to take a break and play the tournament the next day. I am sure pokerstars, the best poker software in the world, is able to fix this.
