PS is too big to play,it has too good player,so it is too hard to win
floweryhead said:We all got the message when we logged in last month that on 1st Oct we'd be automatically upgraded to PS7. I seem to remember a message saying that this was no longer happening. Do you have any idea when it will be happening? The reason I'm asking is that it takes me forever to use notecaddy to synchronise notes, colours etc... and if I'm forewarned then I'll put a day aside to do all this.

If playing a satelite tournament and you win the ticket it automaticly registers you for the target tournament. I understand this if there only one tournament of this kind. But it isn't nice to 'drop/ditch' a satty winner into a tournament which is already running for over an hour and leave me there with 12 big blinds. I understand that you do this so people don't cash out their ticket but it isn't hard to turn this into a ticket instead of cash right? It is frustrating to win a satelite and get in to the main tournament shortstacked. Also if you play a satty for 4 hours you might want to take a break and play the tournament the next day. I am sure pokerstars, the best poker software in the world, is able to fix this.
Zorba said:I am not happy right now, I was in a tourney running in 6th place and it had no all in protection which I understood, I called a bet which put me all in and I got disconnected as soon as I called, keep in mind that I had 70 seconds in my time bank, I reconnected about 20 seconds later and I was out of the tourney, I looked at the chat and all I was given was 14 seconds and then my hand was folded, why wasn't my time bank activated instead of my hand being folded.
PokerStars VIP said:Hi Zorba,
I spoke with the tournaments team, and one of the reasons they gave to support how it currently functions is because alternatively, if the timebank were activated upon disconnection, a player could lose their entire tournament timebank from one disconnect. I understand your frustration given the end result in your instance, and I have passed on the feedback to the team for their consideration.
Thanks,
Dylan

Anyway, I have a different question: What is the play though requirement for money deposited via Skrill? I have read on the forums that some people had trouble withdrawing due to "insufficient activity".
I never had any problems myself (was a Platinum VIP for a while so meh) but one of my friends wants to know this and he would be a recreational type low volume player.
Exact formula would be great so I can put it through that calculator you have on the Website and then tell him the ballpark figure on number of hands he needs to play/amount of VPPs/time period.
I am not talking about First Deposit 600 USD max bonus since he did the Free 20$ thingy (and didn't go far with itbut I have been teaching him and I think he should do better next time around).
Zorba said:What no comment on my spin and go post, how about a refund/ticket
Zorba said:Poker Stars spin and go must have some bugs in it, I insta raised this all in on the flop and next thing I see is the chips go the other way and then what is in the chat box showed up.
I feel ripped off, I did not disconnect![]()
