Yea, I have to say. Bad, bad start.

I can only log in with my stars SN and PW. If I try to log in with FT info it says "not your Stars info".. duh.....

So I can not imagine they will do a merge where every FT account disappears. How would that work. "ATTN: All FTP Players. Your entire money, points, tickets and so on no longer exist. You could have transferred the said money, tickets etc. to your Stars account yesterday, but you didnt. So it is now all gone.Thanks you for trusting our brand".

Still, not a great entry...........

Remarkably they are still telling people to log in using their FT details when they already know nobody bloody can !!

Update: So I've just been able to log in to FT using my FT details, and money now transferred across.

Is this a generic fix or did my email to support do something ?

I finally was able to complete the merge by entering my FullTilt ID and Pass.

I got my money and coins.

But when I try to play The Deal, the software crashes and I have to restart it. Bugs, Bugs and more Bugs.

Is anyone's tracker working?

They erased my Stars.Com, replaced it with Stars.Net and now I can't even save HH's.

I'm surprised they still allow observer chat.

My whole opinion of Stars dropped 5 or 10 notches today.

5 of those notches are because they are still trying to get me to dl the NewJersey version and I can't play there either! With no way to disable that. When I go to the FAQ on that banner, I get the Stars Denmark or Poland FAQs . Total waste of electrons.

Everytime i open a PokerStars tourney table, my homegames window pops up, is it me or a strange kind of a bug



I like the fact, that the $2.20 slow Storm Sats are turbo now.

But there could be more "normal regular freeze out mtts" in micro and low stakes, almost all is now KO, Hot and Big.

same for me can be annoying at times

Currently logged into Pokerstars. Can I log into Full Tilt at the same time or do I have to log out of Stars to login to Full Tilt

I still cant log in. I open the new FTP software and it asks me for my Stars log in info.

If I give my FT info it it not recognised. If I give my Stars info it logs me in and has my stars money.

So facit: Where is my FTP money tickets points etc.............

I did think about withdrawing or transferring my money from Full Tilt, but thought hey multi national company should be ok

With all the problems an expression comes to mind about organising a p1$$ up in a brewery

Updated Full tilt but kept getting Virus Alerts about the uninstaller lol.

Apart from the different colours and the fact all my money has disappeared, whats supposed to be the difference.

The Zoom Games are called Rush which is what they were on Full Tilt but looks like the same players as when i logged back into Stars one of the Rush players was now playing Zoom LOL

I had that too but assumed it was a 'false positive' from over eager virus software. I'm using Avast Free Version.

@ Poker stars rep:

Since many people seem to be having the same issues, it would be VERY nice if you would respond to them here.

All my FTP money, tickets, points etc. are simply gone. My FTP cashier shows exactly my PS balance, as does my PS cashier. It was made public that all tickets, money, points etc. would be merged. I am not the only one having this. As a matter of fact, I dont know if anyone is NIT having this. (If someone else has all their balance in tact, please let us know, and let us know from what country your account is held)

As I stated before, I cant believe FTP is just going to screw all the players out of their hard won balance, be it cash, tickets, points and so on.

BUT!!!! it would be nice for a rep of the company to take the players seriously enough to respond. I understand that this is certainly a busy time, but players losing their money and wanting answers should be way, way up on your priority list. At least as far as informing us goes.

I suppose we could all go to other forums or whatever, but since PS stated this thread and said they would keep up with it, I think an answer here would be more than appreciated.

Use FTP ID Maybe first uppercase letter And use ftp Pass.

This will open a windos for the money transfer .

When I try to open FTP with my original SN and PW from FTP it says it is wrong... It opens with my stars info tho.

I will try again, maybe I got something wrong.

EDIT: Nope, it even tells me I have to use my stars SN or email and stars PW.

I opened FTP, was told an update needs to happen. It updated. It then opened and said I have to use my PS log in. I tried my old FTP log in and got a pop up saying it was wrong. I used PS log in and was logged in. I did everything the site said to do.

No email, no money, no coins, no tickets, no points.

No satisfaction with stars ATM.
