After I start Full tilt and ship one e-mail to "[email protected]" (in French)

I received one e-mail from support fulltilt.

after i start full tilt and use my FTP ID and FTP pass.

And the Window apear.

Oh boy what a headache!

On my desktop I simply started the old Full Tilt and it upgraded automatically. It deleted the old Full Tilt Poker Software in the process. But on that computer I can't play the Deal without crashing the software.

On my laptop I downloaded Full Tilt from the web site and installed it. Then I can play The Deal on my laptop. However the old Full Tilt Poker is still present; can I uninstall it?

That migration should have been very simple for the users but they FAILED to make it simple.

So what is wrong with my desktop as I can't play The Deal on it?

And should I uninstall the old Full Tilt Poker on my laptop?

By the way I looked at the registry and there are plenty of Full Tilt entries there. Some seem old and obsolete. Can I delete them?

This merge is EPIC FAIL.

Support is overloaded with problems. What a joke.

How is it an "epic fail"? The only major issue is transferring funds over and support can resolve that quickly and easily.

I did eventually migrate and I have my money now.

I'm still waiting for support to address my other problems.

I have now dropped any special thinking about getting Stars a preferential seat for any California legislative action.

They have screwed us in so many ways now, I am livid. I'm a guy, and livid doesn't come easily!

NO HAND HISTORY !!!!

They threw all my player notes out !!!

The play money transfer they promised, that really isn't important other than it shows they really didn't think this all thru.

They used to know how to do all this right. WTF happened to them?

FTP $ Moved to Poker Stars OK for Me .

Use FTP ID Maybe first uppercase letter And use ftp Pass.

This will open a windos for the money transfer .

You need to update Full Tilt and then log in with your Full Tilt username and password. A window will pop up telling you how to transfer your assets over. Hope this helps. I did it yesterday and don't remember what it says in the pop up.

I have been trying for 2 days to transfer my money from FTP to Pokerstars but still with the same problem.
when I open my FTP site the cash money is only the Pokerstars and nowhere I can aces the FTP cash that was more than $50.00
Please let me know how to proceed to get my money into the Pokerstars balance.

It seems that my desktop system is incompatible with The Deal part in Full Tilt. I can't play The Deal without crashing the software.

This computer runs every other program without problems.

I contacted support and I got a basic answer but they are overloaded right now. I sent the log files and I'll see what they say.
