1.) modern & fully functional software (nothing worse than having the site freeze up while in a crucial spot of a tournament or a big hand on the cash table)

2.) Customer support - needs to be prompt, efficient & educated. Some sites can be very frustrating when there's a clear issue with the site but you're met with the same answer "Nothing wrong on our end... has to be your Internet provider. You should check on your service."

3.) Easy methods for Deposit & WD

4.) A straightforward site, offering a bit more along the lines of old school online poker (ie. anything that even remotely resembled the old Fulltilt would be amazing!!!!).

PS - can't wait til' Cardschat starts up their own site! It's gonna be awesome and already sitting with a decent microstakes player pool. (cant' wait to promote it!)

Types of game that I play.

Not gonna play in a room that forbids HUDs, so possibility to use 3rd party software (only PT4/HM2 - nothing sinful lol).

What network this room is member of, and what kind of feedback from players this network/room has.

Deposit/withdrawal options and limits + bonuses.

Verification process and how easy and non-problematic it is, there are always players with some problems, but checking posts on forums and what responses they got from support you got an overall idea.

When choosing what poker sites I play on I look for a site that is trustworthy and has good customer and tech support. The client is also important. I want a client that is easy to navigate and allows you to make custom filters. I also like sites that offer a different variations of poker.

I dont know, its not looking like i choosing the room like this because im allready have a favorite. More looks like the best room for me personally.

1. Deposit and withdrawal option: Skrill.

2. No sport betting option! (Imposible to find nowadays).
3. Without 3rd part software support.
4. Recreation players friendly.
5. Comfortable in using soft also like mobile access to the game.
6. Possibility to make own games (till now only PS have this option i think)
7. Support: live chat, sometimes they have 72h for answer on your mail and they using as much time as possible.
8. Without restriction for any territories.

For me it would be in first place the possibility to deposit and cash out with Netteler or Skrill.
Good software would be in second place.
Since I'm an MTT player a good shedulle of them in third place.
What also attract me to add a new room are a good promotion that would be in
fourth place.

I would say that many things are important:

1 - The confidence that gives us as players that page, where I can invest my money or not.

2 - Security in all senses with my money and in the game, there is a team that guarantees that there are no double accounts, or that there is collusion or things for style.

3- Have good promotions.

4- That the rake to the player is good.

5- A friendly page in the design and management of the program.

6- Have a high availability of tournaments in all buy-in ranges.

7- Ease to make deposits and withdrawals using all the most possible means as well as the traditional ones.

1) trustworthy/reputable/within the laws of countries involved
2) good working software (efficient, working properly)
3) have freerolls without have to deposit
4) license location (I'm, in the EU, so I would need to pay 30% tax on monthly 'take-buyIn' when playing in a non-EU room, if the result is positive)

p.s. hopefully 3) will disappear and 4) will become more important

I choose the certain room for play if it is easy to deposit and make withdrawals.It means that amounts are not so big both.Then I choose if there are a lot of promotions and some missions.The last step is interface of poker client anf tables.It must be easy and enjoyable looklike and in soft decor.
