Poker is a strategic game. And strategic games vary in the depth of their strategy, just like chess. You can learn to play better—and get better results. But there's still a lot left to learn, a lot.No matter how good you are at poker right now, there will always be things you can work on more.

Safe environment and soft games.

Big traffic not that important, often the largest rooms are the worse ( either security cannot handle the many cheating attempts or the pool is full of strong regs)

For me, the most important thing is trust. I want a poker room where deposits and withdrawals are easy and safe. I also like a good variety of tournaments and a friendly community. If I enjoy the games and everything works well, I will keep coming back.

I stay in a poker room when I see that it's an honest site without too many bad deals and with easy withdrawals.

Good games, a great atmosphere, and fair competition. If I’m enjoying the table and playing my best, there’s no reason to leave!

Good morning everyone! I started playing poker in 2018, and since then I have changed my preferences regarding poker rooms. In the beginning, I was more profitable on PokerStars and ACR. Over time, this changed a lot. Nowadays, the site where I am most profitable is WPT Global, while ACR is the site where I am least profitable. There have also been periods when I was more profitable on 888poker and PartyPoker.

What makes me stay on a site is the profitability I have on that site.

Simply the joy of playing poker with people who loves it too. When people starts arguing, I leave as it takes the fun out of it.

For me, trust and the overall experience are probably the biggest factors. A poker room can have great tournaments and big prizes, but if the software is frustrating or I don’t feel comfortable playing there, I probably won’t stay for long.

I also value freerolls and low-stakes tournaments, especially because they give players a chance to participate without having to risk a lot of money. A good selection of tournaments throughout the week definitely makes me more likely to keep coming back.

Another important factor is how the poker room treats its players. Fast and reliable support, clear rules, fair promotions and a good community can make a big difference.

Finally, I think consistency matters. If I know that I can log in and find good games, reliable software and a positive environment, that creates a reason to keep choosing the same poker room instead of constantly moving between different sites.

I like a poker room where the software is reliable and the withdrawals and deposits are straightforward. Good promotions and tournaments are a nice bonus too.

I think, its probably more relevant to ask, what make people leave a poker room? And for me the answer is a lack of activity on the room (not enough games running) and then also problems with withdrawals. If I dont feel confident, that a request for withdrawal will be met within a reasonable amount of time, then I dont want to deposit significant money or spend significant time on that room.

Unfortunately 888 Poker currently meet both those criteria. Not a lot of games running, and requests for a withdrawal are now commonly met with nonsensical requests like sending a copy of your mothers drivers license, which must be in russian and also show her current occupation, even though she is dead. And they do this despite the accounts being already fully verified years ago.

So I think, 888 Poker is a room, everyone should leave. Or at least not deposit any significant money or spend any significant amount of time. Its ok for freerolls and to play a bit of cash games or a few tournaments now and then. But nothing more than that unfortunately. Other sites like PokerStars, GG Poker and ACR Poker are far better and are being managed in a much more professional way.

For me, it's all about smooth software that doesn't lag during crucial hands, a wide variety of good game options (including mixed games), and fair, transparent business practices from the platform. When a room gets those fundamentals right, it's easy to keep coming back!
