Montreal Canadiens seems to have unstoppable Power Play. Suzuki 1+ PP points seems like winning sportsbet to put in every game, especially versus teams that have high penalty minutes, I did some analysis and usually mathematical based betters tend to value power play points bets quite a lot.

Thoughts? Any NHL betters here?

Orlando Magic @ Detroit Pistons: Detroit Pistons (- 7.5) /// 1.70

Last bet lost.
Yeah, Philadelphia played amazingly! Boston, leading by 13 points in the 1st quarter, just seemed to lose its rhythm. I’ve seen Boston do this before, but it’s just a fluke, and the Celtics will take the next three games against Philadelphia. My betting score is MLB 210-196 in favor of successful, NBA 210-230 in favor of unsuccessful, NHL 10-18 in favor of unsuccessful, NFL 8-12 in favor of unsuccessful.
New bet: Detroit Pistons at home will beat Orlando Magic by 8 points or more. I think Detroit will win very easily in the upcoming game. I have a feeling this will be the easiest game of the series for the Pistons. Orlando did what they needed to do in those two road games and won one of them. We’ll definitely see more active play from Ausar Thompson and Jalen Duren, which will help Detroit win the rebounding battle. I wouldn’t rule out a more solid victory for Detroit by 11 points or more in this game, but I don’t want to get greedy, since the most important thing for me is that my prediction is successful. Bet? Absolutely!;)

Cleveland Cavaliers @ Toronto Raptors: Cleveland Cavaliers (- 2.5) /// 1.90

Last bet won.
Yeah, Detroit totally crushed Orlando in rebounds and played solid on defense. Just what I expected to see. Without a doubt, the next two games should reveal Detroit’s true ambitions for this Postseason. But I think we’ll see 2-2 in this series in the end. My betting score is MLB 210-196 in favor of successful, NBA 211-230 in favor of unsuccessful, NHL 10-18 in favor of unsuccessful, NFL 8-12 in favor of unsuccessful.
New bet: Cleveland Cavaliers on the road will beat Toronto Raptors by 3 points or more in the 3rd game of the series. Oddly enough, Toronto has a lot of problems. The biggest one is Jakob Poeltl, who is totally not ready for the Playoffs. Darko Rajakovic even benched the Austrian center in the 2nd game of the series, letting him play just 9 minutes. And yes, I’m sure Toronto will play small ball in the upcoming game. We already saw that in the 2nd game of the series, but it didn’t work. In fact, in that game, Sandro Mamukelashvili and Collin Murray-Boyles dominated on rebounds, allowing Toronto to even win that crucial aspect of the game by a score of 42-35. But too many puzzle pieces would have to fall into place for the Raptors in the upcoming game to have a realistic chance of success. I don’t believe it will happen. Bet? Sure!;)

Boston Celtics @ Philadelphia 76ers: Boston Celtics (- 7.5) /// 2.00

Last bet lost.
Cleveland’s starting five played just awful (with the exception of Jarrett Allen). Donovan Mitchell proved once again that he’s a choker and always has been! As for Toronto, yes, they lost the rebounding battle (which was expected), but they hit 14 three-pointers out of 23 attempts. What kind of chances can we talk about if the opponent made 61% of their long-range shots? Of course, this is an anomaly, but I’ll still try to avoid betting on this series in the future. My betting score is MLB 210-196 in favor of successful, NBA 211-231 in favor of unsuccessful, NHL 10-18 in favor of unsuccessful, NFL 8-12 in favor of unsuccessful.
New bet: Boston Celtics on the road will beat Philadelphia 76ers by 8 points or more in the 3rd game of the series. I’ve seen it so many times before: Boston crushing their rivals after losing games. This happened in the regular season (both this year and in previous years) and in the Postseason. Moreover, Boston very often plays badly in the second games of the series. To be honest, I had seen these statistics when I bet on the Celtics’ last game, but I decided that Philadelphia would get swept. Yes, I believe the 76ers achieved their main goal by not losing to Boston with the score of 4:0. Also I think Philadelphia will lose all the remaining games very easily without Joel Embiid. Bet? Absolutely!;)

+1 , totally agree with this assessment and I just want to add that there is 'Playoff' Harden on the team too- a much needed star to go when Donovan can't get anything going lol ... my team from the East is Boston (if fully healthy they will be a great match-up vs. OKC in a potential Final) and I just can't see any other team from this Conference as a clear favorite to win any Series and/or being a contender for the title this season...

PS. there's a team in the West to avoid too- Denver is not showing up for this Series against the Wolves: I've said it in the past too- Ant & Co. are made to counter the Nuggets and it was such a stupid decision to not go for the 4th spot in the regular season and play Houston instead* they just needed to lose 1 match!!!... there's really not much difference between OKC and San Antonio* at least with Wemby on the court... also, both Jamal star and the Joker with like 25% FG in the last 7 Qs?! maybe Jokic just wants out of this organisation that IMO 'wasted' a few of his peak years... if he somehow joins his friend Luka in LA- we'll watch a lot of the Lakers' games in the future @john_entony :)

I like your thoughts, Billy! But for some reason, I have a feeling these Playoffs will surprise us (almost every game has already surprised me :ROFLMAO:). Boston versus Oklahoma City. I’ll keep your prediction in mind. I agree with you about the East, but as for the West, I’m still hoping for the Lakers, as usual.

New York Knicks @ Atlanta Hawks: New York Knicks (- 1.5) /// 1.90

Last bet won.
To be honest, I find it difficult to understand why Derrick White is playing so badly in this series, completely missing his shots. Yes, 5 successful three-point shots out of 25 attempts. Moreover, he only made 1 three-point shot out of 8 attempts in the 3rd game of the series. But Derrick White is doing just fine on defense, so I believe this low shooting percentage is just a bad streak that will end soon. I saw a very solid performance from the rest of Boston’s leaders, and it was clear that the Celtics were highly motivated to win. My betting score is MLB 210-196 in favor of successful, NBA 212-231 in favor of unsuccessful, NHL 10-18 in favor of unsuccessful, NFL 8-12 in favor of unsuccessful.
New bet: New York Knicks on the road will beat Atlanta Hawks by 2 points or more in the 4th game of the series. This Knicks roster is full of experienced, high-class players who know how to get the result in the Playoffs. Yes, I’ve been impressed by Atlanta this season, to be honest. I’ve placed a lot of bets on the Hawks, most of which have won. But I don’t believe Atlanta will win both home games. Bet? Absolutely!;)

Boston Celtics @ Philadelphia 76ers: Boston Celtics (- 5.5) /// 1.60

Last bet won.
Well, that was pretty easy! The Knicks beat the Hawks with confidence. Two factors definitely contributed to this: Atlanta was simply intimidated by the dominance in this series (since this roster isn’t mentally ready for the Playoffs) and New York started playing more in the paint, taking advantage of their strength. My betting score is MLB 210-196 in favor of successful, NBA 213-231 in favor of unsuccessful, NHL 10-18 in favor of unsuccessful, NFL 8-12 in favor of unsuccessful.
New bet: Boston Celtics on the road will beat Philadelphia 76ers by 6 points or more in the 4th game of the series. I think Boston will play better than they did in the last game. As for Philadelphia, I have a feeling that the 76ers have already accomplished a lot in this series and have proven that they have a solid team. Boston will certainly not lose the motivation as it did in the 2nd game of the series (when the Celtics were leading by 13 points during the 1st quarter). Additionally, Joel Embiid will not play again, and Kelly Oubre Jr.’s participation is in question. Boston will play with its optimal roster. Bet? Absolutely!;)

@john_entony I just have to post this again and say a Big Thanks for this statement/warning to bet on the Cavs and not just for myself, but for a few of my friends that wanted to back the Cavs for Game 4... at least on the road this team is totally unreliable (under 90 points today and losing to an opponent that shot 32% from the field lol), also people keep saying that Mitchell is one of the best clutch performers- but I'm following closely this league since you've started posting here a few years ago and especially in the Playoffs- I'm watching live video pretty much all the games... I somehow must have missed all the matches where he was clutch lol * today he was 6/24 from the field (25%) and 3/9 in the 4th Q- well 33% is an improvement :) PS. Harden was 1/4 in the 4th Q too- this team is cooked! // I'm already saying that both Orlando/Detroit will get past them easily in R2- the Raptors are just too weak to get a W on the road...

At the moment I'm watching the impressive comeback from Wemby & Co. and I'm happy that Wemby is looking really good (ATM, the Spurs were +30 with him on the court- DPOY should be renamed at this point as he had 6 blocks and he was insanely good on this end- in an era where teams focus on offense...), as it would have been a shame for his impressive season to end badly because of a 'stupid' injury... I also hope they'll reach the Conference Final, they're on my short list of teams that can eliminate OKC - even above the Celtics :) * SGA & Co. will still be huge favorites and I just hate to say it- like Wemby- I prefer ethical basketball...

10* performance from Wemby who finished with an impressive 27 pts, 11 reb, 7 blk (+28 when he was on the court), in just 34 minutes... he was the difference in a comeback from 19 points down (-17 pts at HT); after watching Wemby this season, it's tough to say he's not the best player in the World and also if he will manage to stay healthy in the future- this will be his league for like 10 years...

While watching the Celtics 'destroy' the 76ers (Boston is up 42-22 ATM and hopefully they'll keep up the good work* I was a bit worried when I've seen Embiid and Oubre in the starting lineup...), I've looked on the odds for the Series winners and found this (IMO) value bet:
Jokic to win the Series vs Wolves
@2.25 on the Nuggets to win the Series even at 1-3 down and with the history in the Playoffs showing us that the teams having a 3-1 lead wins the Series at an impressive 95%, this is a Series with special circumstances: Ant-Man (no other way to say it then this is his team) and Donte DiVincenzo (like his coach said after the match- the soul of the team), are out for the rest of the Series with serious injuries, tough luck for the Wolves that looked by far as the best team so far and tbh it could have been 0-4 already... Jokic and Jamal star should do much better and it might sound strange, but the ejection the Joker received at the end of Game 4 might be a wake-up call for the entire team * I've seen coaches and/or other team leaders do something similar to wake-up/motivate their team in this tough situations and all Denver needs is a very good Game 5 (they're like @1.18 favorites ML to win it)- get the momentum back, they were one of the best teams on the road this season with a 26-15 record and I expect them to be like @1.4 favorites to win Game 6 and finish the job at home in a Game 7 (PS. I didn't like McDaniels' last-second layup- I mean even Conley was way too funny at post-game interview :"That was a slip up, that's on me. I take the blame, I apologize to the Denver Nuggets... as soon as I threw it, I looked, then it's Jayden..." lol).

PS2. Overall an entertaining Series to watch, maybe the post-game interviews were better than the actual performances we've seen so far and it was just unfortunate to see Ant and Donte going down... still, I have to mention that I don't give any chance to either team vs. the Spurs with a healthy and looking good Wemby* most likely a sweep or a gentleman's sweep!

Thanks, Billy! Donovan Mitchell was a choker back when he played with Rudy Gobert in Utah. I remember their unsuccessful series. But I’m not going to bet on this series, at least I’ll try not to. I completely agree about Victor! I don’t know any player who is more dominant on defense than Wembanyama.

Detroit Pistons @ Orlando Magic: Orlando Magic (+ 6.5) /// 1.53

Last bet won.
Boston’s dominance was no surprise to me, but Joel Embiid’s participation was. It feels like his teammates didn’t expect to see the Cameroonian on the court for long minutes either, and they simply couldn’t play as aggressively as they did in the 2nd and 3rd games of the series. My betting score is MLB 210-196 in favor of successful, NBA 214-231 in favor of unsuccessful, NHL 10-18 in favor of unsuccessful, NFL 8-12 in favor of unsuccessful.
New bet: Orlando Magic at home will not lose to Detroit Pistons by more than 6 points in the 4th game of the series. Yes, I wrote after the 2nd game that the score after both games in Orlando would be 2-2. To be honest, I started to doubt that statement, since Orlando has looked very solid in home games this season. Yes, we all remember how Orlando destroyed Charlotte Hornets in the Play-In. The Magic players had the same spirit in the 3rd game of the series. It was an early game for my region, and I watched the entire live broadcast. Orlando also didn’t lose by more than 6 points in 32 of their 40 home games during the regular season. I think Detroit will manage to win the upcoming game, but it will be a very tough battle in the clutch, by 2-3 points, no more. Bet? Sure!;)

I just wanted to mention that I've placed the bet as I still believe this is a value bet - I mean, I expect Denver to be around 1.5 favorite to win a potential Game 6 in Minnesota, while taking care of business at home(for both games 5/7 they should be under 1.2 favorites to get the W), but I'm seeing this as 'sure bets' as much as we can have in gambling in general- so in theory we back Denver to just win on the road (where they were amazing this season) vs. a team without 2 of their best players... a game where most likely the bookmakers might even see the Nuggets favorites like @ 1.40... again, like I've said in this thread (not just in the previous post), betting on Denver at this point isn't a very good idea (the Wolves were by far the better team in the Series), things happen though and we adjust and try to make the best decisions to improve our chances to make some money- I strongly believe this kind of bets we'll print us money, IMO from 10 similar situations(if you follow sports for some time, you know that most of this 'events' repeat quite often)- we'll win like 7, with such great odds it's a must bet* we make profit even if we hit just 5 out of 10 bets like this ...

GLGL all with your bets 💲💰💸

*edit: here a short with Mike Conley after Game 4 (the controversial layup that lead to the fight* luckily no players were suspended and Jokic was fined $50k, while Randle $35k...); that's why I've mentioned that the interviews might have been better than the actual performances we've seen on the court- I hope we'll see more rivalries like this in NBA* maybe between the Spurs and OKC?! Wemby definitely doesn't like Chet lol

Tonight in Champions League

PSG vs Bayern

Nuno Mendes to be booked @5.50

Sure he havent been cautioned since november or so but 2 of his last 3 bookings (in autumn) did came in Champions League + he has seen yellow in 2 of the previous 3 h2h clashes aswell incl in most recent one so perhaps for once he again shows no mercy towards opponents (and doing so makes it to the referee´s notebook) ...

PSG vs. Bayern Munich both to [email protected] is a very good value bet, not high i know but it is a game were 2-5 goals are possible.
[email protected] is risky but in my opinion a 1-1 or 2-2 in 2nd half is quite possible and good to cash out ;-).
