No interest in today's players.
Was better in the 90s.

Used to watch it back in the day, was a big Borg fan but went off it at some point. Ditto all sports.

same, federer was pure class. watching him play was like watching art, his single handed backhand was just unmatched. tennis definitely hasn't been quite the same since he retired.

I'm a big fan of tennis as a sport and I even play it as a hobby for like 10 years now... so, yeah - I love watching live video and following both the ATP/WTA Tours - while I believe that the big 3 era was and it will probably be the best this sport will offer us (I remember that in high school we've used to talk about some Federer vs. Nadal matches for days - everyone watched this events, regardless of age/gender or even if they knew about tennis in general), like other members mentioned in previous posts, I also think that tennis is in good hands with talents like Carlos Alcaraz, Jannik Sinner, Joao Fonseca... while, there's still Alexander Zverev, Daniil Medvedev, Casper Ruud, Taylor Fritz and quite a few other interesting/more experienced players... similarly on the WTA side - yes, I don't think we'll have players at Serena Williams level (her sister Venus, Kim Clijsters, Justine Henin, Maria Sharapova... WoW what a generation of players and IMO this makes it even more impressive for Serena to archive that much considering the insanely tough field), still there are quite a few interesting players in this generation too and while the level of play and/or the consistency the top players show isn't there - sometimes it makes following the WTA tournaments way more fun/entertaining, like for example Wimbledon this year where we had a great Final between Nb9 and Nb10 Seeds - Noskova vs. Muchova... I think, we as fans of different sports, sometimes have unreasonable expectations of new generations...

I love watching The French Open . The champions have to have all the shots in the game (service returns ,volleys , lobs , drop shots ,etc ) as well as incredible footwork and endurance ! A true test .

Almost in every Grand Slam you get to see high-stakes matches where a player who had almost certainly lost makes the most miraculous comeback from nowhere. You wonder, how do they do it? How, under such immense pressure? What do they draw their strength from?

Not very often. However, if I have some free time and I've placed a bet on a match, I'll usually watch it....

Yes. Good matches especially French Open, but USA Open also. I can watch this tournaments on free TV here in Bosnia.

any of the grand slams are exciting to follow . sadly , i have trouble finding many matches nowadays without paying more for a 'sports package ' on cable tv .

I don't usually watch tennis. The exception is my country's national team's Davis Cup matches, which I usually watch.

I am big tennis fan…started playing in the early 1960s…in the mid to late 70s, I was a linesman for the Canadian Open, now known as the Rogers Cup, in Toronto. I actually got paid to watch the best tennis players in the world play…$2.50 per match, or about $1.25 per hour…didn’t matter…I had the best seats in the house…my game improved without touching a racquet. I stopped calling the lines in 1979, but usually go to the Rogers Cup every year.
Some of the names that I officiated for are: Bjorn Borg, Jimmy Connors, Rod Laver, John Newcombe, Ilie Nastase, Guillermo Vilas. On the women’s side, Chris Evert, Billie Jean King, Martina Navratilova, Margaret Court, Gabriella Sabatini.
Have some great memories and even greater stories from those days. During my European vacation , while my wife went shopping, I took the train from London to Wimbledon…for a tennis fan , this is like a cathedral.

In the past I used to watch a lot of tennis , all grand slams , very enthusiastic watching the big stars playing . Now I rarely watch , but still is a pleasure . I don't know most of the nowadays stars players , so yeah I don't feel like supporting one against the other . But sometimes I watch and I might bet on it , an additional motivation to watch the game
