Now running for 15a20 mins each other day for the last 2 weeks, today was not a good one 🙃🙂

Hi, running 🏃‍♂️ this is a great way to keep your health and fit, I'm not a fitness trainer, so I won't tell you anything about dumbbells, although I think you know everything yourself🙂 👍

Two to three months is too short a period of time. Of course, it all depends on you, but if you want to achieve results, it will most likely take two to three years.
It all depends on your current physical condition and the goals you set for yourself.

Good evening, mate. Sleep well eat healthy and drink a lot of water. That helps.

  1. Hydrate. Have you had enough water today?
  2. Eat. Have you eaten something healthy and nourishing today?
  3. Sleep. Have you slept seven to nine hours? Is it time for some rest?
  4. Shower. Then dry your hair and put on clothes that make you feel good.
  5. Apply a moisturizer if you have dry skin.

Why would you run? Get a bike !

I used to be a runner in my 30, averaging about 18 miles a week…it saved my life. Now, at age 72, and 15 years after my triple bypass, I was doing 3 miles walking on the treadmill every other day…running is very hard on your knees and back…I had to stop for a few months after my the lower part of my lungs collapsed (atelectasis)…I am getting back into walking, working on 2 miles every other day. If you are starting to run, you must pay attention to the aches and pains…listen to your body…there is a huge difference between running with pain and running with injury.
