What do you prefer, do sports in the mornings or do sports in the afternoons?

I sleep until the moment I have to start getting ready for work to get to work on time. So, I exercise in the afternoon. I could hardly force myself to wake up early enough to get to work out before work.

What I really like is doing strength exercises in the morning and cardio in the afternoon (mostly football or table tennis).

I prefer mornings really early. Trying to be in the gym at 5:3 a.m. and be done by 6:30. Gives me a lot of energy

I do my sports betting in the morning so without reading your post completely I thought that's what you were asking lol!
I love a morning walk, if I go to the gym I like to go on my lunch break or right after work, and I like to do some yoga before bed which helps me sleep. I guess it depends what you mean by sports because none of that is really a sport in my mind.

I have always liked to watch soccer on weekends after waking up, having breakfast watching a European soccer game or some local league game, it has been a tradition since I was a child that I always watch soccer and I like to watch it while how sometimes I get excited others if a team or selection that I follow like real madrid or venezuela is playing and I may drop food on the floor, but well I've always loved seeing that sport early like the premier league or the spanish league, let's hope it continues with the tradition something that I believe I will never leave.
