What do you prefer, do sports in the mornings or do sports in the afternoons?

I like to sleep in the morning. Then I have to go to work. In the evening I have poker on my schedule, so I don't have time for sports. Although this is a rather frivolous attitude to my own health, I hope I can cope with it..

If i had the time to spare i would always choose to do sports in the morning.

Definetly the morning. The NBA games are during the night (my time) so i can watch them without commercials

I prefer to do sports in the morning. I go for a good walk. The good thing is that I have the rest of the day free.

I would find afternoon better suited to me. When I was still in the workforce, there was no choice, except on the weekends. After retirement, I find it takes my body several hours to wake up and warm up before I could play tennis or have a workout.

In the morning I spend half an hour at the gym. On the weekends I go cycling and swimming.

I prefer to do sports in the afternoons and also at mornings . For me doesn't matter when . Good luck at the poker tables .
