I'm the Mallory modified version 😆
I'm Mallory in my free time... 😀 😍

ont. It's hard for me to tell when and where I train lol, I try to do 4 workouts a week, but I'm no stranger to jogging at 2 in the morning or go to muay thai class to beat some of my friends...Mallory's long-lost sister! 😀 😍

Sure some kind of workout is beneficial.
But you don't have to lift weights or run to stay healthy.
I like saunas, it's a great way to boost someone's immune system and I do it regularely
That paired with a balanced diet and walks with my dog is enough for me and I am healthy with a little "Gemütlichkeitsbauch" which I don't wanna miss 🙂
Yeah sauna is great. I used it frequently at my old gym and miss it from time to time.

Lifting weight is the best ever. Its like meditation with urself and u feel so relaxed and grounded after. And im not even remotely looking like @Poker Orifice in that picture above lol (great picture btw) In fact i kind of have troubles really building muscle but i dont care too much as i dont do it in the first place for the look.

I cant anymore without and when i stop for a while im starting to feel stiff, empty and without motivation.

Sexies, how many times you go to a gym?
I went to the gym for many years when I was younger; thanks to that discipline and training, I enjoy good health today.

I don't go to the gym anymore, but I still go for walks at night, which helps me maintain a healthy balance.

Eating habits?
I can say that my eating habits are quite healthy; I’ve never smoked, and I don’t care for hard liquor either—at most, I’ll have a beer on weekends with a good barbecue, but without overdoing it.

And since we are sharing "nudities", and since I mentioned my back (or what's left of it)...

Not as impressive as the young me, but not bad at 52. Too much fat on top though...

I was athletic all my life…as a Canadian, after breakfast, you took your hockey stick and disappeared down the street playing street hockey until there was no light left. I played football, soccer and was on the wrestling team in high school…I became a runner in my 30s, running in 10 km races every year. After work I ran on the track at the university 3 days a week…which actually saved my life…in order to get more oxygen to my muscles, my body created alternate routes (small capillaries), which provided enough blood to the heart when one of my major arteries was 100% blocked. I had been fairly sedentary after my son was born and did not have a great diet. At the age of 56, I had a triple bypass. I started walking 3 miles 5 days a week for several years. In my 70s now I was walking 3 miles 3 days a week until a few months ago when I started suffering from sciatica…an MRI shows that I shall require back surgery. I delayed surgery until October so we can provide daycare for my grandchildren and be available to help with our third grandchild who decided to make his appearance 6 weeks early.
I should get back to walking again because carrying an extra 30 lbs. will not help my recovery.
I am 73 years old, but I believe in staying active and in shape…I intend to live long enough to see my grandchildren become teenagers.

Sports were always a part of my life.
I played handball and tennis between primary and high school, and I practiced athletics for 8 years or so.
I started training at home some years ago, although not very consistently. I have some weights to work out and I do some short trainings 4-6 times a week.
I have a pretty healthy eating habits, with some sweet treats.

Just go slow, whatever tempo feels nice, even just walking - go with the flow! 😍
