Not only afraid of a fool,of course, there is fear, but I consider the ollin or fold...

There are times when I believe in my card and go all in confident, and there are times when I feel that I will lose if I go all in. I can not say that I'm afraid to go to all-in, there is just a lack of confidence in the card and that's all. It's scary to go all-in when playing in a tournament with a big buy-in, then you're afraid of losing money. And when you play cheap tournaments or freerolls, then there is no fear

:stupido3:I try to take everything into account as in game theory. In large tournaments I easily reach the most important place - Bubble. Then I have fear! The fact is that even with an excellent hand I'm afraid to do Allin! Therefore, I gradually lose the Stack and do not reach the prize places! 😡:stupido3:

How to overcome this fear?
drink brandy before the game...))))

I usually play aggressively. But on long tournaments, even with a good hand, I'm sometimes afraid to make all-in! This inexplicable fear prevents the game.
I want to ask, is this just my condition, or are you also afraid to go all-in 😕😱?
ALL IN I do not really like too. it is desirable to see the first street and draw conclusions on the situation. although AA and KK I will do

All in.

I will go all-in with pocket AA, KK ,QQ every time, and usually lose to a 53 most of the time. I have learned over time not to do this, but I still do it anyway.

im never afraid of going all in when i think i have the best hands. sometimes i actually guess my opponent's hand being better than mine before i go all in and guess what, i was right. he had a better hand than me 🙂

and other times, you have the better hand but somehow he beats you anyway. let me tell you, this past week i lost so many times with the best hand that i though of quitting playing poker for a while.

In all-in, go when you are confident in the strength of your hand. This is the experience and time that you devote to poker.

to me for example I do not use to go all in without knowing that I have the strongest hands of the table and if sometimes believing to have the hands most fiend of the preflop table gives a little bit of fear😱

Why to afraid? Just do it when you feel it and when you think it is the moment. You must learn to trust yourselve more!

One thing I like about being short stacked in tourneys is how wide my shove range is.

maybe you just have to play smaller bui in tournament, but more tournaments. for example.
You played 50$ tournament, and not sure what to do, because money in one tournament are not small. But if you'll start 10 torunaments per 5 $, it will be easy for you to go all in , because on distance you have higher chances to win in one of 10 tournaments

it happened to me but just when I'm doing really well in a tournament or when it's close to blowing up the bubble, I think it's normal

It depends on your opponent. If he is a tight player, you must be very careful after flop. Aces and Kings on the board are always dangerous against this kind of player. But if you see a dry flop, a good raise is enough to get a fold. No reason to shove here, they only call with a strong hand.
Against aggressive ones if you have a really good hand, shove. They may call with speculative hands or draws.
Anyways, poker is a risk game. Some people believe in luck, other in math. But even the best player in the world will lose will be eliminated in a lot of tournaments.

I dont know your tournament experience - how many you have played, but it is part of an overall winning strategy. Are you trying to win tournaments or just improve - you will not be successful at winning without being able to go all-in. I would suggest freerolls and/or micro MTTs to get used to this and also see the results.
I would search some (all-in) threads and look at some push/fold charts. There is more than enough information and strategies for pushing or calling All-ins. The more you study this the more familiar and trusting you will become and you can apply this with confidence (which can also be seen by other players at your table!)

The more practice and knowledge you have of any particular situation, the more nuance you can apply to each specific example to make it a custom fit vs. your table/players. When you are confident in your play and understand why you are making that decision, you are able to move to focusing on whether your play was correct rather than the outcome.

It depends on several factors, I can go allin with TT against a short stack, I can go allin pre flop with KK pair or AA pair against any opponent of any position at any stage of the tournament. There are several situations I can go allin, plus the fear of losing is part, I think this variation of feelings is what makes poker more exciting.

The more you play and get into situations where you have to make a decision on whether your chips and cards are good to go all in the more comfortable you will become. Nerves are normal feelings and you are certainly not the only one feeling this way. The best you can do is make good decisions and hopefully the hands win. All you can do is get your cards in good and hope for the best.

:icon_joke :flute: I have little experience - only one year. I study theory, read articles, but it's better to communicate and learn new for me through the forum. Here ready-made answers to any newbie question. You are right - to train where there is no risk.
Good advice! Thank you! These days, PokerStars conductsa lot of freerolls, and I study there without fear of all-in. Of course, only with the finished best hand.

I think most are afraid to lose with a good hand against a bad beat.
But you must always play the best you can, without fear of losing, you might miss a few hands, so the variance, but eventually the results will come, if you play your best.😀

playing aggressively is not the same as going all in. learn to play aggressively AND keep your chips at the same time.

aggression should be reasonable and justified.
aggression without any basis will lead to a fall.
play aggressively you must also be able and not just be an aggressor constantly

all inners are awesome when playing freerolls, other then that use it only holding premo hands that you know ur opponent wont shove and at bubble time
