AQs is a Big hand,,,and it's a freeroll,,,i would of loved to get it in there. :D There's always another freeroll,,,,

But,this is why i don't win many CC freerolls,,,, too loose. If this was a buy-in tourny,i prob would of folded also.
Totally agree with both of these and with others that said initial raise was too small, it's early in a freeroll, you either win and have a really good stack to do damage with or you lose and haven't wasted too much of your time, especially in the Thursday all member games.

you played correctly This freeroll and monkeys flit on any cards. There is no logic in their actions. The multipots must be avoided.

It's hard to fold a hand like that but sometimes you have to take risks, even so I think it was a good decision for many villains

no man, all in after his raise, you should re-raise him
:)
it's a freeroll in early stage and you want to build some stack to last, :)

I would of folded also your raise was small that's y you add a lot of limpers nex time when you raise go 3 times the big blind and add and extra blind for every limper in the pod but good fold

You need to pay 480 to win 1030 which is about 2:1 pot odds (33.3%). Your opponent limped pre and is now isolating so his range should be something like AX, KJs+ pocket pairs.
Against any pocket pair lower then a Q (JJ- which is the majority of his range, while other possibilities like Ax and Kx you are dominating, and only AK, QQ+ are dominating you), you have around 45% chance of winning. That means mathematically calling is the right move.

If you feel that players behind you are likely to call as well, then you should just shove your hand and try to play against just one opponent. (player in the BB is not as important as his stack is really small).

Completely agree and if this was Mid tourney or not a freeroll the fold still mathematically would not be the correct play. however that being said its entirely what you want from it. a deep run min cash or top 3 prize :) Personally I would have shoved there but the fold was also a brave move!!

Good fold! In a multi way pot your chances are quite limited. Against the cards the others were actually holding you had, at best, a 33% chance of coming out on top. Not the kind of odds you want to gamble your stack so early.

Thank you for posting.

Raising with KhJh is fine here unless you run into the same situation as with the AQ. You have a drawing hand in decent position you do not want to be blown off of it by a weak player making a bad raise.
The villains play all Ax for all bets even stacks. So that means preflop KJ is seldom the best hand that is why it is a drawing hand. Villains seldom fold any pair betting out A3 when they hit the 3 for instance. This reduces the power of the raise to take control of the pot.
Seldom do weaker hands than KJ raise behind you so you are not protecting by raising.

Often you can call 1 bet and get the same result as you got betting three bets.
Building a pot just creates more callers and players willing to bet A3 into 5
Also you may have noticed the A3hh that happens a lot because villains have all Ax

Hope this helps

:):)

I would have fold as well . To me if there is a lot of players all in raising I don't like my chances if winning, even though my hand strength is good there is just too many scenarios where you can get beat.

I think the hand you had your first raise was not high enough and when he raised I would have put him all in with the hand you had.:):):)

You made the right decision. When many players equal your lift, this is already a reason for a nervous one:fight:

At the beginning of the tournament the stakes were too high. 3bb maximum you did right that fell.

well on the poker it does sound silly to go thru all that. you can just deposit and play whenever it's convenient for you;)
but it doesn't sound like you love poker

on forums, it does take getting used to. basically, they provide many years of content for
members to learn poker and provide them with freerolls to help start a bankroll.
for that, they ask that you be an active member at no cost to you.
you'll find that after you become an active member and make some good friends it is very easy to continue
because you'll want to post. so many topics besides poker too.

I hear ya LOUD and clear! Its so discouraging, I know!

not really we have so many games for ALL members it should be easy and fun being an active member
while waiting to earn your freeroll club membership.

I think this is a great fold.
Not all the time, but definitely sometimes, in that situation.

in freerolls with this hand, only in all in.. at the initial stage of course.. Reset is also not a mistake against adequate opponents, but such rarely found in all-in at the beginning of free tournaments. Did notice that at the beginning of the Freeroll, I don't want the hand of AA, because it = 85% on the fact that I fly out of this tournament....

i can agree with this. you know it's getting called down early on

imo its pure jam for the following reasons:
1. suited hand
2.less than 2x starting stake <== so important
3.we should dominate BB player <==like 80% of the time
4.we will make the last two players fold their K high A high.
5.by jaming we are representing AK , by witch low pair hands will consider folding.
6.dead money in the pot

By taking so many things in consideration , i think its wrong play .
you should have gambled here;)
