Dont like them really. Hope they will disappear from pokerstars. There are all kind of players, even worst than on freeroles.

Just getting started with spin and go. So far ive been about breakeven. I prefer the 4 person Spin and go on 888 over the 3 person setup on PS. Besides that I find playing a Loose agressive style works best, especailly when getting to the heads up portion.

To play these you need to have a lot of buy-ins for your starting bankroll. The variance is way higher than normal sngs so if you're under-rolled then it's a very quick way to go broke.

I'd go with at least 50 buy-ins if you're going to grind these

I'm not particularly fond of it.
I'd rather play Fifty or DON with regular structures.
But I like the short game in MTT situations because the chances of having more information for a long time make it easier to explore and return in the game.

I will try to put the article tips into practice and see the results.

Spin & Go format is just a 3-way Hyper IMO. You want to be very aggressive but also put yourself at risk as small amount of times as possible. Basically as soon as you cover someone you can then pressure them by putting them at risk. Because worried about busting they have to call much stronger than you and you can steal blinds this way which progress very fast in this format.

High rake & high variance. Generally better to avoid IMO. Play something like Fifty50 10man S&G's instead or another S&G format.

I find these really good for me because when I'm against 2 players is a lot easier to pay attention to them and use their weaknesses to win.

Hello to everyone, I have read through all of the comments and there have been many helpful suggestions. Spin n' Go is a new format for me so I do not have much experience playing it or even Heads-Up for that matter. I have been trying to get as much study done as fast as possible as I have got 21 1$ Spin and Go Tickets from signing up to Pokerstars. I have already used and won 2 of them for 2$ each, so im off to a good start, although one of them was mainly due to luck (Had nuts and both went all-in). The guide posted here along with the comments from this thread really helped me get a good grasp of the format.

I would like to be able to give myself the best opportunity to win the rest of the games. If anyone knows of some good in-depth strategy articles or videos, or any streamers that specialize in playing low stakes Spins or any spins, please let me know. I have also been playing and mostly winning the play money spin and go on pokerstars, but I think this may not be the best practice as I will most likely be facing better players on the real spins.

I play a lot of slow play when I play spin go and when the players are upset to lose the hand that seems to be theirs they play badly and I take advantage of that opportunity it is not always profitable but it pays me a lot
