Currently moving my poker office at home so played 2 tables of zoom on my laptop instead of the usual grind, bluffed off almost a stack, and then got set over setted at 25nl, cried and started up 2x 10nl instead, won 4bi there, swapped back to 25's and won back 3bis there :)

Now at $705 and looking like I won't be dropping 25nl tables for a while/if ever! :)

I've run my free £10 on SkyPoker up to £27 now. Not sure whether to withdraw and add it to my Stars BR or carry on for a bit. The 4nl tables are unbelievably fishy, but OTOH playing more than 2 tables is almost impossible and you can't use an HUD!

I'm shit without a hud lol so I'd move it back, have you checked what your being raked there? 6nl at 888 was the softest I'd ever seen but I moved everything back to stars when I seen I was getting raked 10bb/100!

Yeah it's 7.5% at 10nl and below, which is horrendous!

Yeah think I'll just withdraw it, $40 is a nice free addition to my Stars BR :D

888 rake is 10%? Wtf? Does that only apply to the uber-micros? I was thinking of transferring some of my roll to 888 to play 6nl at some point in the future, but now you've told me that...

Yeah I'll check my sample again tonight but it was somewhere around 9-10bb, I couldn't believe it as you get basically nothing back from the VIP system either

On the 888/Pacific poker website it says 1c for every 16c at 2nl, and 1c for every 17c at 6nl, which is 6.25% and 5.88%. Only drops to 5% at 10nl and above.

Still pretty awful considering that Stars rake is ~4% at 5nl.

Maybe hem1 was working it out wrong for me... You'll actually get something back at 5nl from stars rewards scheme too, which it's pretty hard to do at 888

You should check the threads on 2p2 about issues with exchange rates when depositing / withdrawing as well because there's def something up there too, I lost $15 moving my money from 888 to stars via moneybookers and others have had the same, it's $15 so I didn't bother too much looking into it

H2 looks find
H1 i don´t think we ever be on good shape on turn when a superpassive fish (A:0.9) is raising us allin there. we are beat by 55, 66, 77, AA, A6, A7, A5, 34, 89 all on his range. We pretty much beat... umm i don´t think we beat much there, guy is too passive to have less than 2 pair when gii.

Your putting him on the single combo of AA left?? Bit monsters under the bed lol :)

I think a straight or a set is much more likely, with the set the most likely as his call pre is lolbad with sc's 100bb deep, and bad players love to set mine in 3b pots, but meh it happens, its a crying b/f, but its a b/f.

H2 is totally fine on based on effective stack sizes alone imo, i'm never folding TPTK vs a dude with 50~bb

Standard shot taking hands! :) Your clearly good enough for 25nl yoshi, dont let the bastards get you down!

Ye thanks for the comments, I guess when he does ship turn we are usually behind here, just so hard to fold to a 79VPIP villain. Also I posted these cause I am running like crap again, getting sucked out on left and right and I wondered if it was me playing rubbish.

Thanks for comments, just variance I guess, very hard to deal with but I'll try. When I run bad I tend to lose confidence in my self.

Its deffo not a set here, he would just station it down to the river then maybe pop it....checked the spoiler and I think the shove on the turn is more likely with the lower straight...the fish might be thinking yosh has the higher straight so shoves it on the turn, hoping for a fold....I know that idea is abit out there but ya never know....and yeah haha, I should stop calling out 1 combo hands, I fancy myself as abit of a soul reader lol

Just to prove that there are still fish at 25nl lol, was shot taking last night too.

And yeah, he's not gonna flat the flop and jam turn with worse Ax, i'm starting to think that making decent folds is just as, if not more, important than anything else tbh, like can't really word it right but being able to b/f really well is essential imo

Sorry to seem like I'm picking on you, I'm not! :)

But this is a bad attitude man, the next hand is a new hand and is in no way connected to the last, quitting a session and doing something else that your likely to be -ev in anyway, is just running away from the problem, thus never solving it!

Just accept that variance is a bitch, and you have no choice but to deal with it well, and thats by just getting on with it and carrying on with a clear head.

EDIT: And I say this having had LOTS of issues with tilt/busted confidence over the years, it only gets better by becoming one with the variance, accepting its gonna happen and just getting on with it, injecting logic really helps with this btw! When a fish sucks out, just remember, if it werent for that bit of luck in poker, that fish would have bust and got bored a long time ago, "If the weatherman tells you its going to rain outside, do you get angry when you go outside and it rains?" (quote prob not accurate lol) you know when you start your session that variance is a part of this game, so why get angry, or change anything your doing (thats been proved successful) because of it

I reviewed my winnings at 10nl this morning for the month and wasn't happy with what I saw. Overall -$20.38 for the month over about 3757 hands, graph looks horrible. Decided to play 5nl for the day, ran into lots of fish and ended up +$18.56 over 937 hands, 19.81 BB/100! graph is like stairway to heaven.

Maybe I've just been running good today. Can't help feeling my game just isn't cut out for 10nl yet though... or maybe I'm just not given it enough time for variance to put me in the positive.

I can tell you what you should stop doing right now as Ive played with you before. Stop flatting 3bets / 4bets. Either 4bet, 5bet shove or fold.
