Personally i think live is boring. If i wanted to mingle it wouldnt be at a casino. You can play online while sitting with friends if you wanted some chatter.

Isn't it interesting that although we all share a love for the game, our perspectives, what we like and dislike is so different?

Still, our love for poker overrides the annoyances. Just like life, if we are a bit kind to ourselves and to others.

Online poker is the best way to really experience the variance of poker. I suspect most people I see whinging about rigged sites just aren’t properly bankrolled, which you can risk for longer live when you’re playing at much slower pace.

That said, something just beautiful about live. I’ll be glad to get back to it.

if we consider long tournaments, then yes boring, there is a lot of communication in the live game, so time does not fly noticeably, here is an example yesterday I played a freeroll for 50 dollars, after 3 breaks (3.5 hours) I was tired and merged the entire stack

I love online poker. I love live poker. Ya know what, I think I love poker in general. When I was bitten by the poker bug, back in '08, I played only live poker. I kept seeing ads for PS's and FT poker sites on the poker shows airing at that time and saw a revolution unfolding in front of my eyes. Here's a chance to play poker w/players globally. What more could you want out of poker? freerolls? Okay, here you go... Nuh, uh, uh; online only.
I think the question you meant to ask is,"Why isn't poker, live or online, legal everywhere?" That, of course, is another thread. :tomato:
