I had also problems to verify my account and today I got reply from PS and here is what I got:

We weren't able to validate your account.

someone already get the same response and figured out it with schufa ? I don't really get it how they can help me, should I just call them and explain my problem with PS :) ?

What the heck.

Since you don't get any loans, etc. why would they need Schufa?!

You only risk money you deposited beforehand. 🙄

It has been like that since the migration to .DE.

And the freerolls still run without us currently 😔

According to their data protection statement they use Schufa to additionally verify identity and address... I've heard of this before, of companies doing a Schufa request for age verification, if you for example order something on the internet that you need to be 18 for (e.g. nicotine vape pens).

Oh, someone actually reads those. 🤪

But in fact, it's a little shady tbh.

They get a copy of our password to verify our age.

But maybe they use it for other information such as address or something whenever it's not on the passport.

But anyway, I don't like that. Does it bring you a negative score playing poker? 🤣

Well the Schufa is like Google, it's fetching all available data. And what they do with this data is their business secret.
This organization is a very shady part of our business system. They are like Sam Spade, detectives without real honor.
And if you are on their negative list you have a hard life to get from this list banned, they can ruin lifes and careers, only because
someone made a false entry in their list.

Did someone already get contact with Schufa, I tried to call them and they have like really long waiting queue and after I sent email I got this:

Durch die vielen Anliegen kann es aber derzeit zu Verzögerungen von über einem Monat bei der Bearbeitung kommen.

Probably I should try to call them again and wait it should be faster than one month I guess :D

Do you really believe what a programmed machine is telling you over the telephone line.
As far as I know they are not very keen to have contact with their victims, also they are not keen
talking with investigative journalist. As sad a shady corner there with no way to control them.

It was displayed during verification process in the desktop version.

I didn't do anything special to receive it. 😐

OK.. understood.. as I receive still the same error message I won't get this qr code. Vicious circle..😳

to me it was only visible for about 2 seconds...you have to get your phone in front of the screen during that time..

Same here. If I would not have still money at Stars, had them deleted for sure.

After a long weekend holiday I tried to change to the .de-Plattform. After reading your comments I Was prepared that something will go wrong. And yes I am not able to confirm my account. But the problem are no documents. I am not there until now. They don't accept my first data like Name, birthday, ... all thinks automatically filled by themselves. Has anyone the same problem until now? Most of you seems to be over this first Step. And I am not allowed to Chat with the Service. First have to give my Name and so on...

yes I have the same problem and still no luck to solve it. I posted email above in this thread what I got from Pokerstars Support. I should contact with Schufa and verify my data. But it's another challenge to reach schufa lol

I finally reached Schufa and I explained my problem but unfortunately they have no idea what's going on and can't do anything.


I talked again with PS Support Chat and they said :
We are sorry to hear about the problem you are facing and would like to help you resolve it.

The issue is still under investigation and our Specialists Team is currently working hard to reach the best solution as soon as possible.

We do apologize for any inconvenience this could cause you.

Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any other concerns in the meantime.

Good to know that I am not the only one with that problem. How do you start the chat? And do you have a Hausnummer with a letter? I have had a problem with that a few years ago. The only thing that I can imagine is the reason in my case
