Verification worked for me first try, thanks to all the valuable tipps here in the forum... I was able to do it by scanning the QR code quickly before it disappeared and then the actual verification via phone worked first try.

Although I have to say having to upload my ID card to a third party service does fill me with unease. But I guess it's the price we have to pay in order to be able to play...

The best method is to do it via mobile phone as has been mentioned several times.

everything worked for me right away, the help service was ok as soon as you connected to an employee and not to the super bot.

I was also able to successfully change my account details and requested a payout, let's see if this is successful now:ROFLMAO:

And I fixed it, when I went online to pokerstars.de and open help => live chat => then clicked through some things which didn't work then I clicked on Account inquiry or such... then you got someone to talk....
Then you can explain your problem to those "rocket scientist", took me 2 times to try to explain to them what is going on.... then I was able to login to my account and transfer from one to another.

If they finish your conversation with "send us email...." etc.. just stay online and request again, then explain again.... same things all over ....
I did as you said and I was contacted with someone, but after I explained my problem she just wrote me to try out on another Platform and she quit the chat. Crazy.

Had some issues too but tried a few times and than it worked after few attempts

Does anyone have the problem that the pin input is incorrect. My pin has seven characters, but can only enter 6. What the heck is that. When I try to restore the pin I always get the pin I already have.

PS Support can't help because I'm supposed to log in

Yes, my feeling is, maybe they have to pay tax on the freeroll winnings in cash. This is why it's not lucrative for them.

It might be different when the winnings are tickets only and tax only happens in the target tournament, should you end ITM.

But this reasoning doesn't apply to the PokerNews freerolls. But those are the very only ones still available and providing direct prize money.

Edit: I checked at GGPoker, where we have to pay the tax ourselves and indeed freeroll winnings are taxed as well.
Edit 2: The tax is initially based on the buy-in of MTTs. So I have no clue how that actually works with freerolls since 5.3% of 0 is still 0. But maybe there's a special handling for those, idk.

I have sent Pstars my ID documents 3 days ago. But still no change. Why does it take so long. Is that normal? My Account is still blocked due to missing verify. I am not able to register for any tournament. Just directly after the migration to PS.de I was able to register for the today 60.000 added for German customers. 😴
