So I searched back for you German players that Greek players from CC had the same issue the last year when they are moved form EU client to GR client.
It took them some days, they just couldn't see the CC freerolls. I think you can ask the support whether it's because you recently moved or freerolls will be appear, and you could bring this example up.

Thanks to @freerobert for his manual on how to import the old notes from .EU software. Just did it and it seems to have worked.

I could check the easiest IF ONLY I could play the PS freerolls again.

Yes, my feeling is, maybe they have to pay tax on the freeroll winnings in cash. This is why it's not lucrative for them.

It might be different when the winnings are tickets only and tax only happens in the target tournament, should you end ITM.

But this reasoning doesn't apply to the PokerNews freerolls. But those are the very only ones still available and providing direct prize money.

Edit: I checked at GGPoker, where we have to pay the tax ourselves and indeed freeroll winnings are taxed as well.
Edit 2: The tax is initially based on the buy-in of MTTs. So I have no clue how that actually works with freerolls since 5.3% of 0 is still 0. But maybe there's a special handling for those, idk.

Yes, only the customer paid buyins are taxed. GG decided to tax instead of that the winnings... which seems easier to accept by the players, as they are happy to win something . But if you were a winning player, and I guess Andy you are , you would be happier to pay on the buyins, especially on the freerolls and freebies it is a disadvantage. But anyway we German are happy about any free lunch, when we look at PS.

wow that some didn't win anything after playing 5-6 times is really bad but that was the same for me at the beginning and then it worked.

I didn't even have an opponent at all in the first round the last two times, which was really nice

My new bank details were approved today and I was able to request my payout after a 3-day wait, which I find really quick considering it was still the weekend and with all the chaos.

my player picture hasn't been approved yet, so I don't think everything is running smoothly with them yet and that some things will change, at least I hope so
