its been hard to play at pokerstars, first the change from pokerstars.sh to .eu and i cant play for two weeks in total.
yesterday they changed from .eu to .de, uploaded my papers my identity and funny live photos.
and now, no cardschat games and so on, pokerstars, you don't make friends that way.
are here some other fellow sufferers?

My PS account looks like a mess now. I can't register in events and probably also can't withdraw money (I haven't tried yet). Now I can spend my free time with support to fix all these problems.

Some fellow German users like Dino or Bapfel figured it out.
You need to login to PS.eu then you will get an alert to change to Pokerstars.de .
Via Qr Code you're referred to a site for validation. Apparently you have to be quick otherwise there's a timeout .

yes I did this but also had weird problems to complete my account migration.

The funny part is, we only have 3 day to verify our account or it gets suspended, plus no cardschat freeroll.
I get this message, when i want to verify my id:

"Verification Failed
Sorry, we can't verify your documents right now.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please try again later."

i think i am done with this pokersite . bye bye pokerstars

will probably quit online poker alltogether . as you know i often make it in the money when we play together and am also often on final tables and won several of our cardschat freerolls . so it is not that i am bad (haters gonna hate) but you know my opinion about online poker (manipulated , rigged , not realistic card dealing etc.) so i think i am done for good now

will soon start to play in real life again

yep, I did.
And I fixed it, when I went online to pokerstars.de and open help => live chat => then clicked through some things which didn't work then I clicked on Account inquiry or such... then you got someone to talk....
Then you can explain your problem to those "rocket scientist", took me 2 times to try to explain to them what is going on.... then I was able to login to my account and transfer from one to another.

If they finish your conversation with "send us email...." etc.. just stay online and request again, then explain again.... same things all over ....

you have to quickly use the QR Code with your cell phone before this message appears..that will probably work

The recommendation of Wolfi ( bapfel ) worked for me. But it still was PITA!
I had to take photos with their "App" without previewing it on my mobile. Again and again.
I saw just green field instad of what camera is seeing...
They must be insane there at PS.... No warning before, that they will make us such hell.
If I knew it before I would had withdrawn all already.
Not sure how long this room will remain attractive for me at all from now on.
I think, they are overdoing things. Other rooms still have freerolls and they by themself still have pokernews freerolls available for us.
God, please let it rain brain....

you are from brazil not from germany, this is german problem at pokerstars, liscence or something else.

I was deregistered from a tournament I qualified for online without notice. Since then (2 days), my account has been frozen because my person is supposedly expired (runs until 2026). But I can't verify the account again either because the software doesn't work.

And then these heroes of work also want to be recommended to others.

Yes, wow quite a few people had initially some problems but mostly it worked in the 2 or 3 attempt, see above.
