What are you using, phone - laptop. desktop?In past instances, I was playing two tables on 888 only. Today I was playing two tables on 888 and one on pokerstars. Pokerstars was running fine the whole time.

But I'm telling you that if GGpoker, ACR, pokerstars and partypoker all run consistently well on this computer, and your software doesn't, then it doesn't take a genius to draw some conclusions.What are you using, phone - laptop. desktop?

For the record, as someone who's looked after customers my whole life, some version of "I'm sorry to here you're having problems, how can I help" is the correct approach. "The software is fine, let's find out what's wrong with your computer" is the wrong approach.

You're not, you're trying to do PR. If you were trying to help me, you'd PM me tomorrow like I asked. Your support, as I had already mentioned, has been useless in the past. I'm done with your company, and I'll gladly repeatedly share my experiences and dissatisfaction. Perhaps people have tried to use your support and found in unresponsive, so they gave up. If you're going to start with the conclusion that I'm wrong, then it's pretty hard to have a discussion. If you want to entertain the possibility that the problem is your software, then I would entertain the idea that it was something else, as unlikely as that seems to me. Or you could be dismissive of me too. That's an option.As far as I can see no one else is complaining about the issues that you are so I am trying to work out whats causing it.

A lot of players would complain big-time if we did that as they wouldn't be able to get tickets for free-rolls etc so can't see them removing it anytime soon but your feedback is noted.Could 888 PLEASE remove that ridiculous SPIN thing that comes up when you log in to play Poker. It is the stupidest thing ever. Nobody ever wins anything on it. It takes up time & space. It honestly just makes the site look very cheesy.

What desktop are you playing on and how much ram does it have? Did u ever do a clean reinstall of the software? Do u use any trackers or other programms?For your interest, when I submitted my last support ticket, I received an automated request for hand histories for the times when the problem occurred. I provided them the same day. I waited for a week and got no response. I then emailed again, and received the same automated request for hand history, which I AGAIN Provided the same day, which was responded to with a third request for the same information that had been attached to the previous emails (my email history shows the attachment, so it wasn't that I accidentally didn't attach them). Finally I get the response that they can't find any problem.
Given that, it shouldn't be difficult to imagine why I'm not enthusiastic to engage with your email support system.
32G of ram. No trackers. I keep my PC, OS and software updated and in good condition, and it runs all sorts of software, including editing software, with ease. I get that lots of people don't have problems, but the problem isn't that my PC is deficient or that I'm running unusual software that could be causing problems, because all I'm running is poker clients, a chrome web browser and some generic background Apps like dropbox.What desktop are you playing on and how much ram does it have? Me for example i never have any problems with the 888 software and i played more than two tables and other sites at the same time in the past.
