Thanks - the support on 888 is always v bad, in my experience so far. Just thought it looked dodgy.

I tried to start the 888poker software on the PC and it wants to start a new update, but nothing happens, only this window

is there and the hoop spins forever, the update does not happen.

What should I do?

If I were to reinstall the software, would my settings be preserved and the problem solved?

Or should I wait a bit because you have the error?

It looks like the problem is solved now and I finally got around to updating the software.

When I make notes on any of my opponents, how long do they stay for?

E.g I add a note to a player from 10 years ago.

If I happen to come across that same player will the notes still be there or do they expire or reset after a certain time?

I ask as I take breaks from the game and come back after what can sometimes be a lengthy absence, I recall making a lot of notes at different times. I'm not sure if the notes have gone or I haven't seen those player's due to leaving the site or whatever else may have stopped us from running into each other again!

When I'm playing MTT's on Pokerstars I will often see players I have notes on from 2011 (not sure why the notes prior to 2011 don't show up but I see quite a few from 2011). Never happens on 888 because it seems they haven't figured out how to maintain a player's 'player notes' when they do updates.

I posted here on last Saturday mentioning I'd lost all of my notes on the recent update. Well today I've lost them all again lol (all the notes I'd once again made since Saturday, lol). Today while playing I got into a couple hands (on 888 SNAP tables) with a player who's name I immediately recognized and thought "WHat? No note?!?! Oh... ok... AGAIN it seems the notes are gone" (and then it dawned on me there weren't any notes on any of the players, lol)

I’m m having issues making a withdrawal. Everytime I try to submit , it takes me to the verify id page. My drivers license that I submitted has a check mark beside it and says ‘ done ‘.

Customer service asked I submit a bank statement or utility bill but I can’t prompt the id verify to let me upload anything more.

Good day. I have to contact you again. I have two problems, firstly, all bonuses in the form of tickets and wheels were blocked for me, secondly, last Friday I won a 5.50 ticket through a mini tournament for 0.50 cents, took first place, but the ticket was not credited to me. I wrote to the online support service, also by email, but nothing changed. I'll add screenshots from the story below.
