I'm sorry that you no longer have access to your funds, if they were actually your deposited funds. If this is bonus money you are talking about, as someone else already stated, that is not "your" money until you have met the clearing conditions. Obviously that cannot be done in your circumstance through no fault of your own, or of 888poker. They have to follow regulation and law. Being rude and insulting is not going to help you get what you want. Anymore rude outbursts from you and you will be banned from posting in this thread. You can appeal for help without being rude and insulting.

These were not bonus funds, but transferred by people from the poker community, who after sanctions and the reduction of almost all withdrawal methods could not withdraw their funds. 888 makes them bonus after the transfer and as I already wrote, some of these bonus funds were withdrawn to me. I have long since given up hope of returning anything, as well as did not hope for adequate responses from people like 888, who take their clients for idiots. Or do you think ignoring letters is the highest degree of respect for the client?

I'm going through something similar, they blocked my account without my permission saying it was for my own good, because of my ''condition''. It turns out that I don't have any adverse conditions... I made a joke that we make in brazil... something like ''wow, how distracted I am, it must be my ADHD hahah''... minutes later my account closed by itself and I was blocked without warning.

They had to be placed in the game once, after which they became normal. I repeat - NO RAKE GENERATION WAS REQUIRED TO WIN BACK THESE "BONUSES". Those 500 ringmasters freerolls have like 4 minutes blinds and only 31 places paid with like 1-2 k runner each tournament?

Very bad structure and very bad change from cash prizes with normal payouts (last promo). Those freerolls are basically worthless and I will just let my tickets vanish...
