Was hoping to participate in the daily promo happening on Partypoker. (I just discovered it ).


First day = great! Running smoothly while 4-tabling FastForward
(looking forward to playing a bunch more)

Today (Saturday) Was hoping to put in a short session before heading out but I could only play a few hands of FF without it glitching out on me :(
All sorts of stuff happening there ie. pausing a couple/few secs. on my turn to act; Message popping up in small window suggesting something like 'we can't move 'x' funds to blah blah blah' (and it wasn't reloading my stack to 100bb's). I ran HOT for the few hands I played but the entire time I was concerned with losing BIG POTS (lots of bb's) due to what was going on... sigh.

Weird that it was working like a well-oiled machine for me a couple days ago (maybe yesterday as well?? .. I lose track of days tbh)... and today, YIKES!!! Terrible :(

Is this happening for anyone else who is playing on PP.... anyone else who is playing FastForward on Partypoker?

(I had noticed in the past that if you left the HH Replayer open it could have things get glitchy... at least it has for me. But I try not to use it).

So much for my 1pt. (I couldn't even play enough to earn 1pt.)

I cant help with such account issues - these need to be dealt with via the customer service teams - they are available 24/7 and can advise
If they have asked for ID, it needs to be provided

Have you tried a restart?
I'm not aware of such issues with the promotion or FF
Did you reach out to the customer service teams? I would suggest a clean installation

Hello.

I live in Venezuela, one of the countries banned from Party Poker recently.

I've had an account with Party Poker since 2005.

About 3 months ago, I sent the required documents asked by Party Poker to confirmed once again my identity. ID (with me holding it) and proof of address. Party Poker accepted them, no problem.

I've always and only have used Skrill and Neteller to deposit/withdrawal.

On December 16th I tried to make a withdrawal of my remaining balance using Neteller, but received the following message in the Cashier: "You may only withdraw to your NETELLER account if you have made a successful deposit with it within the last 180 days.
If you would like to use this withdrawal option, then please proceed to make a deposit with your NETELLER account
."

Same thing happened when I tried to withdraw using Skrill.

When I click on Deposit I get the following message: "You are either registered in or have logged in from a jurisdiction where we do not allow the use of our product."

In the email Party Poker sent it said that: From 01/12/2020, you will no longer be able to deposit with us

So, I can't make a withdrawl nor can I make a deposit to be able to make a withdrawal.

Then, the same day, on December 16, I emailed Party Poker about this issue asking them to manually withdraw my balance to either my Neteller account or Skrill account, which again, I've always used with Party Poker, and are the only methods I've ever used there (account from 2005).

They responded me the following day, December 17, asking me to send my bank account details to manually transfer my money to it. I responded back to them the same day, saying I didn't want a bank account transfer, but a withdrawal to either my Neteller or Skrill account. It's already December 21 and haven't heard from them yet.

So, I'm contacting Party Support over here to get my withdrawal, which should be the easiest thing in the world to get, I would think.

Sorry mate, but it will not happen. Neteller and Skrill can no longer be used for gambling transactions. My country Norway was also banned. The last withdrawal date to Neteller/Skrill was December 9.

I got my money into my bank account instead, you have to send them your bank details.

Hi Colette merry Xmas to you I see that this is a tough year all round with a lot of issues and changes at partypoker.:eek:
I have a deposit question myself was thinking of playing some games in the KO series later in the week as it looks very interesting.
Does partypoker no longer take paypal?
Find this message strange as had no problem depositing and withdrawing on Unibet and 888 with it in the last few days and have used Paypal on partypoker before.

On PartyPoker some tournaments are described as satellites and others as feeders. I had thought these meant the same thing and it was just inconsistent naming being used in the tournaments, but now I see on their website the line "we’re adding Daily Legends satellite, feeder, and freeroll tickets" so it seems satellite and feeder mean different things. Can someone tell me what the difference is?

So I am switching to EcoPayz which is a similar service, I can use it on Pokerstars, GG Poker etc.

Oh! OK. That's tough. Evereyday seems to be getting more difficult to play poker, slowly but surely.

A feeder "feeds" directly to the next event a sat ticket does not
Feeders populate specific sat trees for events
All info can be found in the lobby using the small i icon on the right and a auto feeder, as you point is named "feeder" in the title

Still no hand histories for Danish and some other players. The fact that this problem has not been solved yet shows that some of the people working at PartyPoker are totally incompetent or that they don't care about having a level playing field without an unfair advantage to some players. I think officially HUDs were banned because they care about having a level playing field, but if they really cared about that every player would be able to download anonymized hand histories to a tracker software instead of just a select few players. I see no valid excuse for not offering that to every player! It already is being offered to some players. Someone should have a pay cut.

So when can we expect this very basic thing that PartyPoker currently is offering to other customers to be implemented in the Danish client? You already have it for **** sake. How hard can it be to add it to other clients? Seriously? Total incompetence. No not the support staff reading this but developers. I left PartyPoker yesterday. I want fair play. A level playing field without unfair advantages to some players.

I have no timeline to share - the tech teams were working on My Game for all brands but to date, I have no further info to share

Do party poker allows players from India?
I am from India and when I tried to register on PP, there was no option for India in country drop down menu.

Sadly I think it will be the same answer in a year. Partypoker not caring at all about having a level playing field without unfair advantages to a select few players.

I have been playing here on Party for at least 5 or 6 years, for the last 2 years i am only playing Party, a little on Pokerstars but only freerolls from CC. It is the best room for me, because i don t use a hud, so i am not at a disadvantage to other players.

Interesting. But the truth is that to play on Patypoker, you need to first and foremost make a Deposit??
