We haven't had physical casinos in Brazil since 1946, and when casinos were banned here, I know that many people lost their jobs overnight and were not compensated for it. They simply eliminated the jobs and didn't grant labor rights to anyone! What a shame!

If the government decides to ban gambling, it’s more like shooting itself in the foot. Gambling will go underground, with underground clubs raking in the money, whilst the state misses out on tax revenue and job creation. The state will only face problems associated with the underground market. It’s simply madness.
