What is your Take Profit?
And do you have one at all?
I have a Take Profit, this is my so-called "upper limit" upon reaching which I simply stop the game and close the session. My limit for the evening on slots is $20-$30. As soon as the total on my account is $100-$150, I stop and close the session. Do you have this limit, this bell that signals you that the plan for today is fulfilled?

Usually, when I play slots, I set a loss limit as part of my entertainment budget. And if I’ve already made a decent profit, I know it’s time to stop.....

Betting everything on luck is a one-shot strategy. But if you want your money to work for you, you need other tools. The simplest and most proven of them is a bank deposit. While gambling slowly but surely takes away your money due to the house edge, deposits multiply it due to the interest rate.

If I win $100 with $20, I'll definitely stop too. But unfortunately, these reasons for stopping arise so rarely that it's even embarrassing to talk about it.

If I make $10 into $30, that's a reason for me to end the game, but not the evening. I'll just move on to another game or sit at a different table. I stop more intuitively, but I rarely spend more than $30-50.

Do you mean $20 to $30 loss or profit?

For me, I try to follow a simple rule:

For online poker, I double the buy-in and then leave. I think that as your stack grows, there is a chance of losing it all in a single bad beat.

For live cash poker, I rarely leave because I want to maximize profits. I usually just stay and play as long as I’m enjoying it.

Depending on my mood. If I'm making a profit, I never stop. But if I start losing, that's definitely a reason for me to think about ending the game.

I recently put $100.00 into a Huff and more Puff slot at my local club and within 10 $1 spins I hit a $220.00 win, I immediately cashed out and stopped playing.

👍

It all depends on the amount I have for the game. If it is, for example, $100, then I will gladly take $50 of profit and finish the game. But if it is, for example, $10, then I will finish the game when I can make at least $20 of profit.

I do not have a fixed take profit, as I only gamble small amounts, but do have a loss limit plan so I can treat it as pure fun. If I get very lucky then I will usually stop no matter the % gain.

If the slots give 1:1 I think that's a very good result. So good that it's definitely not worth continuing :)

$50 of winnings is enough for me to finish the game. And I spend no more than $10-$30.

It’s a good idea to set a limit—and stick to it! When I used to gamble, I’d set a daily budget, which varied depending on how much I’d already won, but it was always well below my total. Good luck to you!

I usually stop when I've spent everything :)
A habit from childhood........I can't seem to get rid of it.
But I think if I won, say, $100, I would probably stop, because for me $100 is definitely not a small thing :)

That ensures the fun doesn’t end! Good luck to you!

Players who play for fun and don't have high expectations have a much better chance of making money.

Sometimes yes, deposits can be quite profitable. And sometimes inflation levels everything out. My question was whether you have a limit when you win money in a casino and whether this amount is the trigger that stimulates you to finish the game.

I agree. This rarely happens. But the fact that you know how to stop is definitely your advantage.

If you strictly adhere to your limit and do not spend more, then you definitely have nothing to worry about. The game should be enjoyable, and this becomes possible only when the player plays in a disciplined manner.

My loss limit is $20-$30.
My take profit is at $100-$150.
Sorry, maybe I didn't write it clearly enough.
