Only drank once when playing poker and it definitely affected not only my mood but also accentuated some decisions which sober I never would have played. I suppose it's like everything in life.......Moderation.

I prefer not to drink while playing as I get over-hyped and too much positive and starts limping in almost every hands. That's why I take weed which makes me slow and more focused towards my end goal during the game.

Not normally, but seeing as I only play for pennies online it wouldn't matter if I did.

I did drink a few whiskeys the other day when playing and it wasn't much fun for me. It didn't make me lose, I just felt that it wasn't an enjoyable experience trying to concentrate. I found myself fighting against the effects of the booze rather than going with it and enjoying it. Would rather drink when I'm doing something that requires less brain power.
