Individual preferences aside, playing poker and trading stocks are completely different activities. The important thing is that people do what they enjoy and pursue their goals. Even so, I don't understand why the question was asked in this thread, given that there's no parallel between poker and the stock market.

I prefer poker. Both require strategy, discipline, and emotional control, but poker feels more interactive - you face real opponents and make decisions in real time. Trading is interesting too, but poker gives me that competitive thrill.
