I enjoy stock trading but that doesn't mean I don't like poker. :)

I prefer poker because the stock exchange is something very distant and incomprehensible to me. And although trading on the stock exchange is probably no less interesting than playing poker, trading on the stock exchange requires knowledge that I unfortunately do not have.

To be honest, I am not an expert in trading. I think that this is also a very interesting area, when you understand it. My brother is interested in cryptocurrency, it took him several years of studying this area to begin to understand it. I also have a friend who devoted about 10 years of his life to trading on Forex. It still seems to me that in poker, more depends on the player (as professionals say, 90% of success depends on the player's skill, and only 10% is luck) in contrast to trading, which depends more on circumstances and events happening in the world. Well, this is my personal opinion, perhaps it is because I do not understand trading well and have never been professionally involved in it. I love poker very much, I devoted 15 years of my life to it, if I ever study the field of trading, I will be able to compare these two activities and say more specifically what I like more.

I prefer poker for its mix of strategy, psychology, and real-time decision-making.

I prefer poker and I think every trader should know how to play. It teaches risk management, reading people and making strategic decisions under pressure. Great skills for trading.

I think one thing has nothing to do with the other, something totally different from the other, but in my choice I choose poker without a doubt

I prefer poker because for me poker is entertainment. If I were to trade on the stock exchange, I would most likely treat trading as a job, and therefore it would probably create an additional psychological burden. I play poker to have fun, to distract myself and to relax.

I've done both, and you're battling against a lot of corruption when trading! Actually I found trading more interesting - there are so many variables, and so many more ways of making (and losing) money. I loved trading CDs best of all, and I found I was reasonably good at it - but you have to be at your computer early in the morning (at least half an hour before the auction) to do it properly. And it costs money to get the graphs and news feeds. But I loved it.

Poker is colorful and you have interaction with other people. Therefore i see trading as nothing but some kind of beeing greedy for more money. I am sure some might call it a hobby but i do not see anythink healthy in it despite growing your bankroll.

Since this is a poker forum, and we are a poker community, I think the answer will be obvious - poker.

I really like poker, but I still haven't learned what trading is like, maybe I'll know it well and end up loving it.

I am retired, so I would not want to lose 20 pct of my capital due to a stock correction, so I will have to be satisfied playing poker.
