No drink. It is not easy to overcome such habits. I had some problems with gambling, even passed test and visited several clinics...well, never drink and gamble...you will lose everything.

It depends on what you are playing poker for.
1) If you play with the goal of making money - then drinking leads to inevitable loss of money, while in one session you can lose the result of a long period of play.
2) If you play for fun and the moment of lost money does not bother you, then drinking alcohol, good music, the atmosphere of excitement will only enhance emotions from accidental winnings and give you moments of pleasure.

You play when you're tired or drunk.

In my opinion it's a silly idea to play poker drunk. a man in a drunken state loses the instinct of self-preservation, sometimes becomes too brave. yes sometimes you need to be brave but you always need to think with your head. Not a good idea. If you are tired or drunk you can´t focus properly on the game. It will be bad and you´ll loose.
You have to be mentaly and physicaly well to play. Otherwise bad news.

Of course, if you are drunk better not to play any serious tournament. You can play for sure some freerolls, you will have some fun without risk of loosing your own money. If you are tired better also not to play, because you will make mistakes for sure.

Never, play tired or drunk to me it is the equivalent of play to lose, I think that if you really want to win at a poker table you need to be focused and rested, otherwise the chances of act ridiculous are big haha
