Many, many times, but Omaha is a different kettle of fish. My favourite is attached. I nearly folded it!

In over sixty years of playing I don't remember ever having one. So that means I still have the excitement of hoping to get one. :)

Yes a few times, I flopped it in a an NLHE tournament. I also had one in a 4-8 Omaha game and the hand I beat was a Q high strait flush. I has an AK with QJT on the board and he had 8,9. Some people took pictures of the board.

I haven’t hit the Royal yet, but I did manage to land this straight flush recently in a $5.40 Bounty Hunter on GG!
Straightflush
I actually made it into Day 2 of that event, though the payout was small in the end. It’s definitely one of those moments where you’re just staring at the screen making sure you’re seeing it right.

@Poker Orifice , 50 Royal Flushes is absolutely insane! I can't even imagine the volume you have to put in to see that many. I agree with you on the profitability - even if people fold often, when you do get that one person who has a nut flush or a full house and can't let go, it makes up for all the times the table folds.

Has anyone here ever actually lost a big pot because their straight flush or royal was so "obvious" on the board that they couldn't get a single call?

The first one I recorded was in a Cardschat game on Ultimate Bet (pretty sure it was a freeroll) back in 2010.
Since switching to playing mostly cash tables a dozen years ago, I have racked up a few hands for sure. (straight flush #217 last week! lol)

I just hit my 50th Royal Flush on Mar.20th this year, in the Staples game on Partypoker.
I've had 22x since 2021 and 28x prior (started counting them 'with screenshots' back in 2010).
I would've had 51 but I actually misclick folded one this year, lol. So sick!

I've been playing poker since 2015, I've done it once but it wasn't significant, maybe a Royal Flush would have more weight in a final.

I've been playing poker for over 10 years. I only managed to make 2 royal flushes; I think I was a bit unlucky to have gotten so few.

Congratulations! The probability of receiving a Royal Straight Flush in Texas Hold'em is extremely low: about 1 in 649,740 hands, or approximately 0.000154%. This means that, on average, a player will see this hand only once every 650,000 hands played. A small warning: be careful where you publish your hand history – assuming it's from GGpoker – as they prohibit sharing this history, and you risk losing your account.

Just wondering what would be reason to prohibit sharing hand history, any idea?
