I am up right now, since June 2009 I have deposited 20 dollars. and thanks to Cards Chat, I am up about $700 and have made 2 withdrawals. I truly owe my winnings, in large part, to the knowledge I have extracted from Cards Chat. I have money on at least 7 different sites. My largest BR is $150 on 1 site. A site I didn't even deposit on.

a 1700 dollar downswing into the red in just a month screams of poor bankroll Management.

doesn't bankroll management have to do with the size of your bankroll?

Since I've been playing (occasionally during the last 5 years) -$500 :bawling:

Last 2 months +$1,100 :)

Still down about $500, but working to complete the comeback.

Info, tips & ideas from CC, and reading and research, along with a significant increase in playing time over a short period of time has made the difference.

freerolls only - won about $2000 over the last 2 years. Haven't played much at all over the last 9 months, though...

well yes I guess he could have a huge bankroll which would allow him to keep playing at higher levels even when losing but I suspect this is not the case.

I am definately up. I have only ever deposited about 600 dollars and I have 1k+ online, plus I have withdrawn over 500 dollars. Still, its not much of a hourly rate to play a few years for 1k.

online

We all have our ups and downs in poker, when downs occur the best thing to do is to take a break. I have just been having a very bad run and took the sensible idea to take a long break from poker read Super System and Super System 2, make sure i stay calm and get back to playing my best game, and hopefully go on a better run of cards in tournaments and cash games!

No money. Lots of travel, fancy restaurants, clothes and swag. And a bankroll.

I'm pretty much dead even as far as money won/lost(I'm working on this). Count in bonuses and rakeback I'm on the plus side for sure.

I have done very well. Started with $25 last January. Only deposit from my own money I have made. I deposited this on High 5 Poker to play private games there and was able to withdraw almost $150 by the end on March. I then used that money to deposit mainly on FullTilt and Pokerstar. I do have acounts elsewhere some from deposting and some from freeroll wins. Anyway I now have just under $1500 dollars. Most of this is in Neteller with only enough on the sites to let me play.

I worked out I was £330 up at the end of 2009 across all sites, but that was after 2 2nd places in $6.60 rebuys in 2 nights at titan. That was the only site I was up on though :(. Going to try reach $1000 this year at ft from freerolls :)

won money online, then went to vegas and lost half of it bc of higher limits and me being a fold fold fold nit, which does not work live, but online..

I started seriously recording it about a year and a half ago, prolly up about $11,000-$13,000 somewhere inbetween....

Hopefully this year will turn out for the better, starting january 1st ive really concentrated my efforts on a higher winrate in cash games, and for the most part avo.id tournaments. Pretty much the exact opposite of what I did last year
