Im not sure if this true or false, but still im not conviced yet. I can give you a little advice tho. Manage your bankroll better, try to study, improve your game at what ever field you need it to, try to change mindset if you ever wanna go back play poker as a proffitable player. But best advice I can give you is to quit online poker. Definitly you aint ready to play for living. Instead play with your friends in home games, or casual time to time go to a casino for some small games. Any way good luck with every thing. I hope I help you a bit.

If I expressed myself wrong brother.
I meant that if you are not a big cash game player, the variance of the bankroll can be huge.
As you can put 2 super successful days, you can have 5 days that destroy your bankroll.
As you say, if you know what you're doing you can cope, now if you don't it's a big problem for many players.
I really haven't played cash for that reason in a long time.

Well i've heard that some people do that on purpose cause then this particular gambling site is almost guaranteed to make them offers too good to be true (which they would never get on normal circumstances) ...

I suggest you to take a break maybe and come back after some time and try to play with maximum 33% of your bankroll ( per day ) especially if you play tournaments.

Analyze your game, review your mistakes, maybe even take a couple of training sessions with a coach, sort out your bankroll management, you misused it and played higher limits than you should. Many people make such mistakes, it's up to you to keep developing in poker or find something else to do.
